Was the perfect stop after our cruise, before our flight home!

Bummer hot tub was closed. I thought breakfast was included but it was very good

Always clean and comfortable. Nothing I can think of at the moment.

The room should have been cleaner.

The place smelled, the tv didn’t work, shower head only worked partially.

Thank you Sarah for attempting to help where she could. However, we were originally given a room that smelled of smoke and damp stale moisture. We were then given another room where the linens were covered in makeup, blood and other foreign substances. We asked for more sheet sets which took three rounds to receive a full set and were made by us. There was a roof leak near the breakfast area. Altogether we wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was ok BUT when we went into the bathroom the toilet looks like it hasn’t been scrub on the inside in months (absolutely disgusting). We checked in on Aug 27th, 2026 & checked out Aug 30th, 2026. Friday we left to go do sightseeing, came back to the room, our bed wasn’t made ONLY empty garbage & replaced trowels. Saturday we went to Indian Rocks Shore beach all day. We came back to our room again house keeping DID NOT EVEN GO IN OUR ROOM. The dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor, no garbage was empty & of course bed wasn’t made. The front desk said they don’t make beds daily (WOW), fast forward I called down to front desk & they sent a lady up to give us new towels & bags for garbage. She didn’t bother coming in to empty the garbage, she asked us give her the garbage & handled us bags to replaced. She also said that they are to make beds daily. Saturday before is going to the beach I asked can I can a plastic fork for our fruits & front desk said it’s locked up & I can’t give it to you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL @ ALL. The staff is lazy, everyone makes excuses etc.

Helpful reception. The online booking is deceiving about airport transfers! When there's two airports, maybe specify the airport? That might help alot. Shower head needs replacing.
