Room smelt musty and water leaks from somewhere on the floor breakfast didn’t really have many options and kitchen staff was rude at times

Do not stay here- unhealthy conditions and no response to refund Smell mold dirty

Hallway was very hot beds were smaller than I thought

Everything was as expected.

What I didn't like is that I had two double beds and each one of them had bed bugs and I told the front desk and they done nothing about it

Place needs a renovation asap. Staff was helpful but the place is a bit run down. The pool was okay, but there is no hot tub in this property as it claims.

The staff was great, the location was good. The room had sticky floors and smelled awful. The pool was green, so we bought a pool test kit. Not enough chlorine. Very disappointed.

Location is good close to main area and airport. Rooms were nasty, animal urine soaked carpet strong mold smell and when the guest across the hallway from me were physically fighting the front desk did nothing.

I wanted to leave the room immediately because of the conditions I found, but I was informed that the refund would not be processed at that moment and that it could take between 10–30 days to be returned. Because of this, I was put in a difficult situation and had to wait, even though the room did not meet basic cleanliness and hygiene standards. I have photos and evidence documenting the condition of the room

Rooms needs Curtains Replaced . Carpet in the Rooms NEEDS SHAMPOO. A GOOD CLEANING. Hotel NEEDS a GOOD CLEANING INSIDE .

The carpet in our room was dirty, smelled bad, and was in desperate need of a deep clean. The toilet bowl was unusually small and uncomfortable for adults, especially men. Additionally, there was a large gap around the door when closed, which let in a lot of light from the hallway. On a positive note, the breakfast was acceptable, featuring the standard selection of eggs, sausage, coffee, and bread. Regarding housekeeping: we deliberately didn't put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign so they would come in to clean and replace the towels, but it never happened. We aren't overly picky and wouldn't have minded reusing our towels for our 4-day stay, but they weren't drying properly in the room. After returning from a day trip on our third day, I had to go ask the front desk directly for fresh ones.

False advertising. Never had a hot tub. Pool was out of order. Moist carpets with a strange smell. Very run down. Only comforter on bed, no sheets. Toilet wouldnt flush. Slept on top of pillows and used towels as blankets. Booked for 2 nights, left after one.

Property is pretty run down. Staff were really nice.
