The room were clean,staff was friendly. Breakfast was more than I expected. Affordable and well maintained

Breakfast good and that was perfect timing.7 to 10.I didn't like the dogs everywhere. Overall nice place to stay.

Costumer service

First staff was very, helpful, nice and professional. Second the tubing the room was not properly cleaned. Third the room was not accessible due to sockets to plug in our cell phones we literally had to unplug everything to get them charged.. The room smelled like mildew breakfast wasn't optional for hot items it was only 2 and for cold it wasn't much. And there's no hot tub.

Horrible there were roaches and the bed had bugs

This was not a small inconvenience. Because the room could not sleep my family as advertised, I had to rent an additional room next door at another hotel just so my kids would have somewhere to sleep. That means I paid for a suite that did not meet basic expectations, then had to spend even more money because the hotel did not provide what I booked. A suite with a non-working pullout bed should not be sold as a suite for a family. At minimum, this should have been checked before guests arrived. This was frustrating, expensive, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to families or anyone relying on the room setup they paid for. One star.

Pool was green Bathroom looked like it was just pieced together with a bunch of caulk holding it together

It waa okay. Did not llok like the pictures. It is an old hotel that needs a lot of updating, cleaning and renovations. The breakfast was very basic. (Eggs, sausage links and self-made waffles). Not much of a selection. It was okay for a last minute reservation.

We have had to stay here twice with our family and every time we were treated with kindness and a great front staff.

pool looked dirty

Room was clean. But was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was down and had to keep using the stairs.

The room was clean. Wish the chair was better you could not set back in the chair.
