Staff was helpful. At least so far. Still going through the refund process. Fiance woke up with bed bug bites. First night he had a couple when he woke up. Thought maybe a mosquito got in the room. Second night. He woke up covered. He had to check out and we are working through the refund process. Checked into a new hotel.

Location We have stayed for four days earlier we wanted to extend for one more day , we were told we will be given new room so we vacated evrything but we were given the same room without a minimal clena up , they didnt even remove trash or added toiletries or towels

We booked two rooms and arrived around 9:30 p.m. The rooms had a terrible smell, some of the lights were broken, and worst of all, we found bed bugs. The conditions were so bad that we had to cancel our stay that same night and find another hotel nearby. Thankfully, we contacted Expedia, and they were very helpful and issued us a refund. I would not recommend staying here until the property has been properly renovated and the cleanliness issues have been addressed.

Everything was bad, the room had the most nastiness smell like mold. They switched are rooms n still the same. We had to go to dollar tree n buy scented products. A bunch of dogs n cats every where. I was so disappointed I didn’t even stay in that hotel to long. Or eat there. I woke up n left for my stay. I don’t even write reviews but this place was very very very horrible.

Amazing view and staff. Room was clean and had a great time!

Room was absolutely appalling. Ripped apart carpet, dirty foul smelling. Drug addicts in parking lot. Terrible. Staff attempted to place us in another room but it was also dirty and blood stains on mattresses. Ending up leaving and not staying. Would not recommend.
