It okay, but I would like to see vending machine, water and coffee maker in the rooms. Plate and cup, since it has little kitchen coffee on the lobby 7/24 if there was no coffee make in the room

This hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff was extremely helpful and attentive! The employees made the stay wonderful, and they are very kind! I would stay here again and recommend it.

The staff was nice This location says Clearwater but it is not. It is in St. Petersburg which caused an inconvenience for me. Stop lying and tell the truth Also there wasn't any dishes, cups, utensils or cooking supplies in the room.

was very disappointed in the breakfast they claimed to have at 6:15. They only had a handful of options left including two packets of grits, as if they didn't put nothing out at all. You shouldn't advertise breakfast options if you're not gonna put them out lady at the front desk has the meanest rudest look you smiled at her and she gave attitude. The lady checking in was awesome. Very helpful very polite but the morning shift is a different situation. I mean it's not bad for the price. I just don't like when they tell you something and do another if you're gonna be cheap or not putting product out for breakfast don't say you serve Breakfast. You can tell whoever owns this hotel is very cheap.

The staff was super friendly The room was dirty. The sheets where stained with yellow stuff as well as the sink in the bathroom. The shower head was molded and didn't work well. The floor smelt so bad and it was not as clean as the 1st time I stayed. People where fighting and arguing.

Multiple roaches(bugs) both dead and alive were in the room. Checked out early. Counters, appliances and cupboards are dated and overly worn.

Staff was in our business and thought they were right. Accusing us of smoking in the room, but we were NOT. We had reservations for 5 days and we were asked to leave. Refund was issued, but not received for 6 days. Very unprofessional.
