SureStay Hotel by Best Western St. Pete Clearwater Airport

Needed a cheap option close to airport for a quick night stay. The hotel was clean. This is an older updated hotel but it was ok.

everything was good.The staff was excellent check in was excellent polite.room was clean

Has everything I need for my work trips, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, cold AC.

Room smelled like mildew and the toilet ran all night. Place was a dump!

My stay was good. One thing is we had trouble opening the door to our room. The pool had a lot of debris in it. The company that the hotel hired did a terrible job. After we got back to the hotel the pool still had a lot of debris in it including some bugs in it.

everything was excalent like allways

My only gripe is that there was no hand soap in the hand soap dispenser. Other than that it was a pretty solid and clean stay.

this place was very very nice and clean for the price to have been so cheap. I was very impressed with how clean it was and comfy the beds were. Only thing was the pool water was very warm and when it’s july and you trying to get cooled off, it would have been nice if it was colder water. I think they may need to turn off the heated part off to the pool at least during the summer months or durning day. I’m not sure but it was still nice pool and the area around it was very nice too.

Excellent location. Breakfast included a plus. Comfortable and quiet.

Full of roaches and shacking toilet , Leakey shower,., stayed with 2 kids and the experience was ssoooo bad., Booked for non smoking room but we got a room surrounded by smoking people., Horrible experience, when we asked about the issues they gave $20 discount which I didn’t ask for., Dont recommend for families.,

This hotel is excellent for the price range. It's no 5 star, but you're not paying for that. Does the job well for an overnight stay near the airport.

did not check in==had a heart condition and had to fly home early-didn't have time to notify hotel.

My room was changed 3 different times due to poor conditions of the room and each room got worse each change. The first room the a/c stopped working at 4 am, second room the tv stopped working, 3rd room looked like a trap house and all the rooms had roaches. The rooms smelled like mildew and mold. I’m not sure why the ratings are so high but that is not accurate. I’m sure those are ratings made by the staff because there is no way the ratings are 8/10,10/10,9/10.. it’s a 0/10 and if the stay was refundable I would have NEVER stayed here. Breakfast was disappointing as well.

Property itself is nothing more than ok, needs an update. Breakfast was good, eggs, so more options than just danish.

The water wasn't draining from the bathtub, the hair dryer didn't work

We stayed here for one night as we flew in on a late flight. It was close to the airport and offered free breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The rooms all have outdoor entrances and there are no elevators for getting your things up to the second level. There seem to be guests who may stay here on a regular basis, living situation. A lot of late night coming and going. The pool looked very nice. We did not get to enjoy as we had to get up and leave before checkout time. The rooms were clean but did have a musty smell and very hodge podge. A rickety stand that housed the microwave and ice bucket etc.. Outdated decor. The air conditioning did work which was a plus!! The breakfast was ok. It offered DIY waffles, sausage, eggs and potato, cereal, yogurt, bagels, oatmeal and juices. If your looking for just a place basically to sleep and maybe for just one night. It comes as a reasonable rate. And even though it is RIGHT next to the airport and a runaway. It was quiet!
