We didn’t take time for breakfast The location is good but the hotel is old Really needs to be updated especially the bathroom

Pictures can be deceiving. The room that we received was old and not remodeled. Nothing like what was advertised. Everywhere else were as same as advertised. Breakfast was great, the pool was great. Great area, I felt safe and we were close by many restaurants.

Location away from strip and very accessible from Ring Road 215. Like that they serve bacon at breakfast. Elevator is distant from front desk.

Plenty of options. My room #104 was right next to the gym facilities. So was noisy when people were entering or leaving the gym. Due to the door opening and closing

The general manager Cassandra is so disrespectful and beyond unprofessional broke into my room and kicked me out for being a post opp Mia doll Everything

Good location. Breakfast not great

Everything was great until the fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. Woke everyone up. Other than that, it was great!

We went for out to las vegas for my wife's birthday and we goylt this holtel room and we're so pleased with everything in the hotel specially our was amazing very clean in every corner of the room nice big tv ,the bed was very comfortable also the room was very nice so everything was awesome experience for my wife and I so the breakfast was excellent too!! The bathroom and shower was so clean and everything the bathroom was awesome and I like point that because in tha past It was very bad experience in other hotels but in this one we very pleased!!! Also the surveillance cameras make us more safe and parking lot so anyways every place I looked in and out of the hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was very kind and friendly so definitely if we need stay in vegas again we are gonna stay in this hotel !!!

It was ok, the room was a little funky in smell but overall it had a good size tv, comfortable beds, and loved the indoor pool.

Staff was super friendly and helpful during my emergency overnight trip when my car broke down. Hotel was clean and the room was comfortable and quiet.

They put us in room 104, if you see it RUN!!! Totally confused on why would they put a room next door to a 24 hour fitness room, across from the employee office, ice machine and laundry room. Me and my husband only slept 3-4 hours! Due to the slamming doors all night from the people in the fitness room, kids screaming to the top of their lungs at 11pm. The employees slamming the door across the hall, you can’t stop people from getting ice, can’t stop people from doing their laundry, heard that all night. Oh, not to mention, 2 fire alarms that went off at 4am, literally!!! Woke us up and scared the crap out of me and my husband who is a combat veteran btw. No accountability, no I apologize, currently fighting for a refund, never again!!!

Food choices for breakfast were fair, but ran out of several things including plates.

Staff was very polite and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was great. The room - big, beautiful, very clean. The Staff were very accommodating & professional & outgoing. Smiling & engaging. I give this Best Western 5 stars. The Breakfast Two Thumbs Up. 👍👍. Keep up the great work Best Western Hotels…
