Suncoast Hotel and Casino

Had a great stay. No complaints about my stay. I definitely would stay here again if I was in the area.

I also won big time (for me) at the Blackjack table that financed my gaming during my stay...it was a blast! I figure anytime you can leave Vegas with the same amount of money you arrived with is a win! Planning to return with my son to play golf and we will definitely stay at the Suncoast!

The casino was under renovation while we were there, so that was a bit of a pain, but for the most part, everything went smoothly

The rooms are in need of a major upgrade. Very old. I’m sure they were cleaned to the best of their ability but it just felt dirty.

Over all everything was good.

There was construction by the elevators and it looked very unsafe.

Also make sure you secure your door or put a do not disturb if you are still in your room after 9:30am to 11:00am as the staff will just enter the room without knocking or announcing yourself. Super inappropriate if you were in the bathroom or something else.

Chose because of Dupars restaurant. Best pancakes in the worls.

The room was very nice, except the loud "swooping" noise in the middle of the night that kept me up, and the drilling/hammering noises beginning at 7am. The hotel is currently under renovation, so they started very early in the morning.

Convenient location and well maintained, but clearly an older property.

It's nice, clean, free parking, close to everything, great restaurants

I did not like that my bed was not turn and made after I came back from day at casino

Was not a great experience. Some one made a bathroom mess by the pool and it took a long time to get someone to clean. It ruined my entire experience. Even though a guest made the mess it was so disgusting

Fire alarms were going off at all hours. The toilet in my room was dirty when I entered. Outlets weren’t working. The view of the golf course was lovely but that was about it. This is a glorified Hampton Inn. The reviews were very misleading. I never would have stayed here if I’d known what it was like.

Was very pleasantly surprised. It was a great place to stay when you are on that side of town. We will stay there again!

Under renovation, so it was dirty in certain areas. Perhaps after it will be fine. The movie theater was the best part.

Its just the construction

Check in was ok, until they mentioned that water would be shut off at midnight. when we entered the room, I noticed carpet was torn. I spend good money to get a suite, and when I entered the first bathroom, there were long finger markings on mirrors. Like someone had use lotion and touched the top of the mirror, we entered 2nd bathroom and the tub was dirty, we found dog hair or human, and possible dog feces on shower floor. I believe previous folks had use shower as a dog kennel. And carpet was torn in master bedroom as well; we definitely got the cheap seats. The bar area had no glasses or plates or any kind of utensils, not even a bottle opener. And to top it all off, we woke up to construction noise, and plumbers cutting pipes with an electric saw. We had no water for restrooms until 6 am.

Area of the hotel under construction, but the rest was clean and easy to get around
