IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE ALL AROUND AND I WILL ALWAYS STAY AT THE JW MARRIOTTS WHERE EVER I TRAVEL THE BEST

GM was very helpful in making the room change.

This is a gorgeous property with amazing landscaping, tucked into a golf course down the highway from the strip- it’s a quick Uber ride to the shows and restaurants that Vegas is famous for. At this property, the wine bar was wonderful, pool was lovely with great food and bar service, staff was polite and helpful and the room was gorgeous. Only two small details, the instructions to open the balcony door are incorrect. And the air exchange in the closet rattles. Overall a relaxing trip- thumbs up for this resort!

Great price for a beautiful hotel with huge room, clean and easy to access parking which was free.

The room, hotel, and staff were all very nice. I stayed on the 3rd floor in a lovely king suite with a wonderful soaker bathtub. The only complaint is that the ice machine on the 3rd flood was never working the 3 nights I stayed.

Great property would definitely stay again.

The resort was very nice, great staff, loved the free valet. It defiantly is a oasis in the desert with great views. The salon was very disappointing though.

All of the staff and even the restaurants staff were fabulous! The room was large comfortable beds and views of garden and waterfall. Amenities of everything. All that you could ask for. Parking valet wonderful. Across the street Tivoli village. Great location off of the strip.

I loved the property!! It was absolutely beautiful!! Staff was amazing, especially Evan and Floyd who both went out of their way to assist us with our stay. Will definitely be back!

Has everything you could ever need, perfect location, incredibly clean, pool was top notch and the room are massive! Excellent experience and will definitely stay here again.

The pool area had food and drinks on the tables, dirty towels left in lounge chairs but the staff was extremely friendly and busy. The casino was dirty and the staff very unhelpful. The players card person had us walk all over the casino to get an updated card from a machine because she said she could only make cards for new players. She even told us to ask a person in the table pit to go get a card for us. Definitely not coming back and will continue to stay at Suncoast. Just thought we’d check it out with their new branding rollout… terrible way to start! I took videos of the room conditions.

I came here due to a seminar in Summerlin and discovered an unexpected gem off the strip. Rooms were spacious, property is beautiful, so many pools and a spa! The entire team was exceptional! Special shout out to the valet team, every one went above and beyond!

Beautiful property and big rooms. Our room had a ceiling fan which I loved. Very big bathroom. Wonderful spa facility and gym.

An absolute bliss, from the staff being so helpful, the room so comfortable, the food delicious and the pool as pure bliss. I can't wait to return!
