Element by Marriott Las Vegas Summerlin

It was decent

Property is under construction. Lobby was hard to use.

We only stayed one night and wish we had more time. Very nice property. Modern. Well maintained. Clean, well designed rooms. Great location. Staff very professional.

The hotel was very clean. My only complaint was I was not allowed to check in early. The older lady told me she had did all the early arrivals for today and I needed to wait 2.5 hours for a room

Good

Comfortable hotel, but wear and tear is really showing through throughout the property. Air conditioner is extremely loud.

I didn't mind the price until ....read below Waited 20 min for elevators they were both broken...I'm disabled couldn't take stairs Stuck me on 4 th floor with broken elevator no handi-cap parking available on late arrival, had to park way in the back...disability. Staff would not give me a few snacks (instant oatmeal, muffin...something) for my room at 4 am since I had to leave before breakfast was served. Snack refreshments to purchase poorly stocked...nothing for breakfast..all dinner stuff and junk candy creamer in room was beyond expiration left sour chunks in coffee.

Very good

We really liked the cleanliness of the room, and the nice variety of the breakfast items. The thing that we didn’t like was the quality of the toilet paper. It was extremely thin. Also, the toilet paper holder was not very sturdy, and the paper tended to fall off onto the floor, when rolling off the paper, due to the open end design.

Amazing property, staff, and clean room! I’ll definitely recommend to family and friends.

Ac in room 316 wouldn’t get cooler. Stayed at 78 degrees which is way too hot! Set the ac to 60 and no change at all, room stayed hot and miserable. Room looked clean and nice but they need to fix their ac!!!!!

I loved the stay at element. The room was so great having a full kitchen and couch to sit. Big shower. Only thing was the bathroom lighting was so low. On purpose but i like more light to get ready. The happy hour and tea times were so cute and well done really what a way to go the extra mile!!!

Breakfast was ok. N/A

The room smelled awful, and so did the bedroom; the carpet was much dirtier compared to other times I've stayed there.

Superb

Todo muy bien y muy amables con un buen desayuno.

There was free breakfast every morning The AC unit was so loud it kept me up all night. When I first used the shower brown water came out.
