Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas-Red Rock/Summerlin

I enjoyed my 2-day stay. The room was fresh and clean and perfectly cool temperature since the a/c unit was running. The staff was friendly, tentative, and professional. Reyna, Mike, April, and Wes were the main four employees I interacted with and they were all fabulous! I look forward to staying here again if and when I return to Las Vegas. They charged me twice and haven’t send the refund. I was incorrectly charged twice for my stay (about $400 extra). When I first contacted the property through Booking.com messages, I was ignored. After reaching out by text, I was told I had booked two rooms, which was incorrect—I was traveling alone and only booked one room. The explanation kept changing, with different reasons given for the extra charge. Eventually, the staff admitted it was their mistake and said they had processed a refund, but I still have not received it. I’m still trying to recover my money, which has made this a very frustrating experience.

Staff, breakfast and brand new fresh hotel

Staff was very friendly Shower head and water pressure was not good for a clean wash. Breakfast could have scrambled eggs is better

They were so friendly the entire time we stayed , the lady who made the breakfast was very sweet and she was friendly ! 20/20 on customer service , this hotel was amazing !! If I ever go to Vegas again I will stay there .

I’m overcharged by 353.00 I offered to send it to the associate would not give me a email to show. Even asked to just keep it and move it It’s just the unprofessional behavior around billing
