Everything was great and it was clean BUT.. AC and toilet. Huge issue! The AC compressor was nothing you can imagine. The cycling off and on was 100% awful. I read the reviews about the AC, but trust me it is bad!! Kept us up all night, WITH EAR PLUGS in! Toilet tank would not refill itself, maintenance came to our room 3x.

Fine breakfast, good coffee, comfy bed, bath & room, cordial service people. Took a while to get checked in (no big deal). Hotel is WAY off on its own, a little confusing getting there w/ GPS.

Maintenance of the hotel could have been better including the room bathrooms needed updated with minor wallpaper peeling. Other than these small things, it was a great hotel and I would stay here again with no hesitance.

I enjoyed my 2-day stay. The room was fresh and clean and perfectly cool temperature since the a/c unit was running. The staff was friendly, tentative, and professional. Reyna, Mike, April, and Wes were the main four employees I interacted with and they were all fabulous! I look forward to staying here again if and when I return to Las Vegas. It will most likely be me and my Biewer Terrier puppy, Noxie, again. Sincerely, Cristina Hartford

They charged me twice and haven’t send the refund. I was incorrectly charged twice for my stay (about $400 extra). When I first contacted the property through Booking.com messages, I was ignored. After reaching out by text, I was told I had booked two rooms, which was incorrect—I was traveling alone and only booked one room. The explanation kept changing, with different reasons given for the extra charge. Eventually, the staff admitted it was their mistake and said they had processed a refund, but I still have not received it. I’m still trying to recover my money, which has made this a very frustrating experience.
