Property was pretty good
-
The hotel was great and yes I know it's a beautiful old casino. It mostly is handicapped friendly but for me, going up 15 floors and then down a hallway past 25-30 doors to get to my room was exhausting. I have to say, the room was beautiful. Thanks for the memories! The airport shuttle was very professional and helpful.

Hotel was nice and clean and everything was really close by and it’s perfect location for food and entertainment
-
Hotel was not in the best shape, dated, and dirty. When I arrived to my room - A/C wasn’t working, also, WiFi was not working.

Great location, Steph, nice and friendly

Loved the central location on the Strip.

We enjoyed a clean room with a nice view of the sphere. Great location to walk to everything!

Room was clean and bed was comfy, Casino was pretty busy but over all we liked our stay and would stay here again.

It was a good hotel but when we first to go room phone and mini fridge had to be replaced. Luckily the front desk attendants were quick and maintained was up there in the hr. The go pool is fun but definitely need to get there when it opens to snag loungers no much

We stay here every time we go to Las Vegas. We love the pool and we love how centrally located the hotel is.

Nice location, clean rooms and very nice facilities

We arrived a little early and were assigned a room, paid for early check in, and carried our luggage upstairs to discover a family inside the room already. We went back down and they only comped us half the early check in. Continuing the trend of adding fee after fee, we paid nearly double again the cost from hotels.com in total. On our last day, someone pulled the fire alarm at 0400, prompting us to wake up and stay awake, as the alarm was active for about 30 minutes. We evacuated, like you’re supposed to do, and discovered the emergency exit system is outdated, lengthy, and difficult to navigate, so good luck if an actual emergency happens. When I notified staff of this, they were intent on arguing with me about the alarm and the incident rather than just accommodating me, whether they decided to compensate a late check out fee or not. They ended up giving us an extra hour to check out. This was the place we decided to stay at for our marriage trip to Vegas by the way. Anyways, 3/10 would not recommend, flamingos cool though.

First time and Vegas and the Flamingo was a great choice! Would stay again!
-
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location allowed us to park our car on the day we arrived and leave it there until we left. Restaurants and shopping are everywhere and close enough to walk to. The Flamingo property is beautiful and tranquil.

Over all the hotel is amazing and very clean. There staff in the other hand is horrible. 90% of the employees of the Havana restaurant had horrible attitude and service. 2 out of the 3 host that greeted you has horrible service. Pool security also was disrespectful and did not care about making it a good experience of the people. Pinky’s restaurant does not specify that it’s a 21 and over restaurant, and ruined our bday plans. And valet pressured you into leaving a tip on top of the 40 dollar per night charge!! Over all great hotel. Horrible staff!!

What an awesome place! We stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. Plenty to do on property but Caesars is literally across the street and bellagio fountains are adjacent, making this Properties location beyond convenient. Fun games, great bars and staff is A plus. Tiffany at the front desk took care of us. She was awesome and had a great fun attitude. The hints and tips of her knowledge really amplified our experience. What a pleasure it was to stay here again.

Great trip , clean place , awesome pools

Room had bed bugs. Was switched to the same room just one floor above, no credit or upgrades in compensation. They called and said the room came back negative for bugs which is clearly false and I have videos.
