Love it nice service and really clean

Muy buenas ubicación

Coffee is expensive in the hotel and no coffee machines in the rooms:(. This forced us to spend money on what we consider to be part of the room. Apparently this is common in Las Vegas.
-
always stay here staff is good. The food is great easy access to everything. Never disappointment.

During check-in, we asked the front desk agent if we can transfer to another room if we don't like and he said that it will be possible. We decided to stay at our room since we're exhausted even though it's at the very end of the corner. We're able to sleep in the afternoon but at night, we couldn't even sleep properly since the room was extremely noisy being directly above Chayo bar. On top of that, we noticed that our sink was draining very slowly, an indication that it's clog. The following day, we tried changing our room due to noise problem but was advised that it's not possible since noise is everywhere and I try to explain that at check-in someone told us that it's okay but she told us that we don't move due to noise complaint and if we ever move to a different room there's a different price even though online said it's the same. In-house service desk lady then explained that they don't do room move due to noise as it's everywhere. I understand and don't want to argue further as I feel it's going nowhere to go back and forth with her. I also reported that our sink was draining very slowly and appeared to be clogged. She said that the only thing she could do is have engineering fix it. Throughout our conversation, she was dismissive, unhelpful, and came across as indifferent to our concerns. Instead of trying to find a solution, I felt that she simply wanted to end the conversation (I believe her name is Sarai the afternoon

Clean room, staff was friendly, love the flamingo garden!

OMG I am obsessed with the flamingo hotel! Everything and everyone was amazing! Clean and quiet rooms, lots of the hints to do and see in and around the hotel! The pools are also awesome!

The toilet was clogged when checked in. Man fixed (supposedly) well day after he had to come back. He said it needed to be fixed from room below. He came back used the snake. He scratched inside toilet bowl all black. I'd say ruined. After he left I go in bathroom after holding my urine for 2 hours. He left the bathroom blabk brown on floor in tub sink. I was in shock he left me to clean his mess. And his Billy goat beard hair all over. I has to clean it up as I wanted to start my day. He left a disgusting mess. One girl at desk wasn't very helpful and called the maid and yelled at her. When she had cleaned it. I have pics

Everythin was clean and comfortable. Staff was great.

The room was clean but water in the bathroom sink went down very slow. Overall I think they were pretty good.

Great experience

The Flamingo Hotel is a beautiful place. I enjoyed seeing actual flamingos! The front desk staff were very professional and friendly during my check-in. The room was decent, although I found a cork from a champagne bottle in plain sight (by the table & chairs) from a previous guest. And the hand soap in the bathroom was practically empty and was unable to get it filled so I just asked for another bar soap.

Nice place to stay, however parking is difficult

The hotel is very central and convenient if you're looking to spend time on the Strip. We enjoyed dining at Gordon Ramsey Burger, which is inside the hotel, and being able to pick up Starbucks mobile orders as well. The online check-in process was convenient and easy, and parking could be charged to your room. I was accidentally charged twice for the check-out fee, but the staff was quick and polite when fixing it. The structure was spacious and we had no issues finding a spot. The GO pool was fun (and free!) and it's nice to be able to just go up to the hotel after. The only thing I did not enjoy was the shower because of its design.

We really enjoyed our stay we'd love to come back.
-
The room was smelly and not clean even at excutive suite.
-
Rooms were dingy. Pool was an overall good experience.
-
They try to up charge $50 extra per night for a room from the pictures . The rooms assigned are unlisted and super outdated.

Do not stay near the pool of you value peace a d quiet! From 9am to 5pm every single day, the pool plays the most base driven, club style music at ear piercing volumes! My room was on the 24th floor and I couldn't escape the unrelenting pounding off base! This is hot garbage! I will never stay here again! I addition save your money for the Ru Paul Drag show, and go to brunch at Hamburger Mary's instead.
