Don't get there with minimal time to spare before an event. We got there with an hour to get ready and used the online check in and quick kiosks to get keys TWICE, but the keys didn't work. Had to stand in line for forever and finally hopped over to the VIP line to finally get help quicker and keys with only 10 minutes to spare before our concert started. If we had continued to wait in the line, it would have been another 1-1.5 hours! Only 2 people working the front desk for over 50 people in line on a weekend evening, outrageous!

This place is top notch. If you think about all you want out of a Vegas hotel you'll get it at the Horseshoe. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Since we are early we decided to have a cup of coffee at their barista and were met with another person that wasn't so happy either. Needless to say they lost our business to two of the Starbucks located in other establishments

There are no coffee makers in the rooms (except for suites).

We had a great experience! The room was spacious, clean, and had no unpleasant smell. I was also pleasantly surprised that guests could use the refrigerator without any extra charge.

The Horseshoe was terribly understaffed. There was one person checking in guests and one person checking out guests with a long line both times. There was also one person at the cash cage and the services at the restaurants overall was poor. The staff was overall nice. But no one acknowledged the lack of staff or slow service.

Great view of Sphere from room. Check-in was quick and staff was helpful.
