Amazing

We had a great day at Horseshoe Las Vegas! The property was clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Easy access to their casino and not overly crowded. The room was a little outdated and could’ve used the little touchup with paint but other than that it was clean and affordable for Las Vegas!

Staff was nice.

Rooms dont have coffee/tea either. There is no room to print anything. You have to go to the hotel next door. Location of the hotel is good.

Our first time staying at this Casino. It was very clean and well maintained. Walking over to the miracle mall shops and the strip was very convenient. Parking was easy. I just wished the pool stayed open a little later. But the pool area and pool was very clean as well. Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious. Had a great view of the Sphere from our room. We came into for a concert at Plant Hollywood and it took us a quick walk next door to get to the Venue. Will most definitely stay here again in the future.

The location was good and for the price it was worth it.

Resorts free need to be included when’s bookings then we can making decisions to bookings or get better options another casino.

No vacuum at all. Floor was all trash everywhere

House keeping kept the room clean and supplied towels regularly. The only concern I have is the shower. Our shower had a slight gap at the bottom of the door and would leak a significant amount of water on the floor

Would have been nice if the hotel informed their guest about plumbing maintenance, We were left without water for a while, and no one offered to move us to a different room. When the water finally came back, it was rusty. We complained twice, and the second supervisor told us we should have been given a different room—which only made it more frustrating that it never happened. Very disappointing experience.

Self parking coûte 20$ mais sur place on rajoute 50$ en plus pour frais de gardiennage, c'est horrible. Il a fallu exiger qu'on fasse le ménage dans la chambre. Point positif chambre spacieuse et hôtel bien situé. Je recommande de venir à pied mais vous risquez tout de même de payer le parking.
