Hotel was amazing.

It was centralized

Checked in pretty late, early morning hours… I had to wait awhile to get checked-in but once I reached the rep she was pleasant and answered all my questions. I went for a concert inside the facility and it was super close and convenient. I didn’t get to venture off and see the entire place but from my experience I had no problems. Room was big and clean.

Some rooms were nicer than others. Check in was a little long however checkout was super easy. Staff is very pleasant

I like the location on the strip. I didn’t have running water so I couldn’t take a bath, shower, or brush my teeth.

When we told them about this issue the same night, we got upgraded to a higher room for the next day "with a view." When we went to the lobby to retrieve keys, we were told that the view was terrible, and we would be better off with a poolside view to see all the lights at night. So we went to the 19th floor. Beautiful view, but guess what went wrong this time? The AC WOULDN'T COOL THE ROOM! It stayed on all night trying to cool down to 65. It never did. Will not stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The pool is great with games to play and kids to join in too! We loved the fact there’s 2 pools one for families and the other for 21 and over. The loungers and cabanas do need an upgrade. You can’t beat the location of this hotel. You’re in the middle of the strip with great shops downstairs. We will definitely stay here again!

We upgraded to a suite the view was amazing .... room was cleaned no complaints we had a amazing time

Great place to stay

Rooms were clean and comfortable. It is centrally located and connected to tons of food and shopping.

Hy wife and I were on the south side facing mountains. We had a great view of sun rising and setting. We could see the sphere which we could observe day and night. We also liked the breakfast at the Cafe Hollywood. We enjoyed the casino and the free beer why gambling. Good time!

The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a double bed with adjoining room with our friends and it was great that the staff were able to accommodate that. Staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful.

The room and bathrooms were overall clean. I was satisfied with how clean they also kept the pool area. One thing I would change is having a microwave somewhere on the property

Clean room. Hard bed. No coffee or water in room. The entire process of check in and out was done via a kiosk, I did not once get greeted by a staff member. It was the most impersonal visit.
