Outdoor pool closes at 6 pm,, which is to my opinion too early.

Great location, lots to do. Staff was useless and unhelpful. Id stay here again, but with lowered expectations.

Pool closes at 6. It's 3.5 ft deep. Perfect for kids. Food in the food court is so stupid expensive. The pool menu is way less expensive and they have a great Mediterranean salad. The resort fee is ridiculous, doesn't include a pool chair. Self park if you don't plan on using your car much. Garage is super far from the hotel. Gordon Ramsay Burger was great and less expensive than Subway in the food court. No joke.

The outdoor pool was great. Water was super cold for a 120 F weather

We loved staying here! Excellent location. Large hotel rooms, excellent AC, and the staff was really helpful when we ran into an issue. I would stay here again.

My water got turned off in my room staff was hard to reach, had to go down to the registration were i was treated badly.

Their pool wasn't the best but that's a small thing. All in all, we were quite happy with our choice of hotel for our first visit to Vegas.

The bathing was not draining and we were in a room with connecting doors, a belligerent man tried to open it from the other side all while kicking the door. Security was called and they had to escort my 12 yr old & myself down to guest services. They offers to change the room and by then there we had been in the room 4 days so it was cannot pack up with a child and switch rooms for something that was not our fault. The kind guest services Biyanka was amazing, she spoke with management and then informed me the resort fees will be refunded due to all the bad circumstances occurring with room 1943. Once I made it home the charges reappeared so I reached out to the hotel and still awaiting response. It was a horrible experience that scared my 12 yr old and myself.

This is my third time staying here & I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! They have everything and if they don’t have it, it is very close
