The room was nice and clean. The cleaning staff always said hello and have a good day when we saw them in the hall. The bathtub was relaxing after a day out on the strip or in the 21+ pool!

My stay was ok, it’s just the room on the 900 floor near 917 was very noisy and I could barely get some sleep. No it wasn’t the guest, it was the hotel like the room was under the kitchen or something.

Loved the room, it was clean , up to date, and the bed was comfy.

I booked the attraction view and upon check in, I was upgraded so I didn’t question it. I get to my room and I had the worst view possible. Ac units, a pool and a curtain that didn’t close all the way.

Not enough staff for check-in. I waited in line over 30 minutes by then it was time to meet my family for dinner and lost my spot in line. In a hour and half came back to check in and lines were still long. I did do self check in at point and I didn’t like not having that person to person contact. The directions on how to get to the check-in desk from self parking were not clear. I often thought I wasn’t in the right place. There also was no explanation on using the room key for the elevators. This was my first trip to the Vegas Strip and I feel thing where not first time trip friendly.

If you self park get ready to walk extremely far to the hotel. You must pass through the mall and hotel to get there. Tried to use Valet on our return trip, but it was reserved for Diamond members only. Would have been nice to know all of this before our arrival. We have young kids, so it was a trek. Also, we paid for an “attraction view” and were treated to a view of the roof of the mall and a partial view of the sphere. We were not charged for the attraction view, but it was pretty disappointing and not communicated to us.

Roberto at the front desk was AMAZING. He was Super helpful, friendly and made our check in process fast. Thanks to him our stay was INCREDIBLE. Roberto, Thank you for making my daughter's 15th birthday one she will remember FOREVER. The hotel was clean, located on the strip and had easy access to 24hr restaurants and shops. Casino was great. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling with kids.

Room was very hot upon entering. The whole resort smelled like a sewage plant. Come to find out they are aware of this. No comps anymore. Overcharged on everything, yet did not discover this until arriving back home. Bath tub was dirty. Paid extra for a mini fridge that didn't work. You have to walk a mile from garage to casino through the mall with luggage unless you want to pay for valet service. Did not win one single dime back on any of their slot machines. $80 Gordon Ramsey burger meals we're no better than the burgers at Ketchups. I should have booked on the other end of strip. Had more fun there. I will never use any of their hotels or casinos again.

It was a great hotel and would recommend it. Breakfast at the cafe Hollywood, excellent. Dinner same place not as good. As per norm now be prepared for A LOT of walking in the hotel but it was good.

Great place to stay at.

They should disclose clearly the amount they will charge for the resort fee at the time of check in.

Paid for late checkout but card didn’t work. Nightmare to get luggage. Pointless

Spacious

The staff who assisted me at checked was very nice and accommodating. I was able to check in 30minutes before the check in time. The room was spacious and had a nice view.

The hotel pool was nice
