Great service

Only complaints: 1) A smoker was in the adjoining room (all are non-smoking). 2) The lady who checked me in sounded like she was getting over a cold, flu, and covid after smoking and screaming all night at a concert. I should've backed up, but had to stay close to hear her. I was sick for about 5 weeks, starting 48 hours after arrival. Enjoyed a lovely stay while I was there, though.

The staff was AMAZING for check-in to check out. During the stay customer service reached out throughout the day and evening to make sure that all our needs were met. The rooms were clean and well kept. Location was great only a few steps from the strip. Great location everything was close to the hotel. When I go back to Vegas I will be staying here again.

Attention to cleaning can improve

I will stay there again! Best hotel with best amenities and no casino. A gem.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was the perfect size for my family, which includes my teenage son and adult daughter. Despite this being a timeshare resort, we weren’t solicited like we were when we’ve stayed at other timeshare resorts in Vegas. My only suggestion is to update the rooms some because ours was a little outdated…although I heard that they are in the process of renovating the rooms. Ours was still stuck in the 2000’s though…but very clean and reasonably priced, too! We will definitely stay here again!

Screen door had came off and they upgraded my room with no extra cost enjoyed the stay .

Everything was fine, even though pool is small. But there’s only so much space.

Very clean and huge one bedroom apartment. I absolutely loved the view of my room. The kitchen inside the room had everything you could think of.
