Hilton Club Elara Las Vegas

Room had an AMAZING view and was extremely clean. Staff was helpful, although the resort people got pushy when we didn’t want to go to the timeshare presentation. In-suite laundry, basically a full kitchen, and an enormous projector with the window shade as the screen. Absolutely amazing experience with the balcony overlooking the airport. We will stay here again!

In my case we booked a Premium Suite 1 Bedroom With A balcony, and WOW it was amazing! The whole kitchen with the island and a wine fridge and dishwasher too! Comes with pots, pans, forks, glass cups, etc- which is neat! Also on the sliding door behind are a dryer and washer stacked. Living room, amazing, with big TV and a projector which was very cool with the speakers above! Automatic blind/shades from ceiling to floor. Also the lights switch’s (some) are slide ur finger to adjust the lighting (dim) nice too! BALCONY! AMWAZINGGGGG! Wow such amazing view towards the MGM and Luxor Hotel, odd number rooms face the other side! Spacious balcony with couch seats, nice too! Bedroom with also TV and power shades/ blinds, super nice with access to bathroom (siding door) and very big bed! Bathroom was amazing too, although I wished it came with the tub as shown in the picture! But no big deal and the sliding door wouldn’t lock because the locking lock doesn’t lock/fit correctly! But no big deal! Super nice still! And toilet heats up and sprays :) And yeah pretty much it, amazing room will book again in the future and very very satisfied, very worth it, great for small little calm family reunion/ party! (Don’t take my word, but probably is fine or not) but the space gives that opportunity! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thanks Elara and our housekeeper! Very much appreciated!

We had an amazing one bedroom room on the 60th floor overlooking the sphere. Spacious and upmarket. We loved it. Only downside would be no mirror in bedroom and lounge sofa / chair were very worn and needed replacing. The staff weren’t that knowledgeable about local things like transportation

I am on the board of hotels in the middle east and find that you have a nice property with good views but the staff hospitality needs to improve. We had an issue with the staff not telling us about the fee car parking service as it seems she assumed that we would not be driving in. Also, the toilet seat washer was not working in the room and the hotel could not get it repaired for 2 days. I requested for a different room and was told that a different room can be given but I need to move the luggage myself as there is no assistance from the hotel. Overall, w great property managed by poor staffing.

This place was great from the moment I arrived until the day I left! Customer service was top tier. Staff was welcoming and helpful at all times! I definitely won’t be staying anywhere else in Vegas, if it isn’t Hilton club Elara

This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The room is immaculate. The views, the amenities, the luxury. Will definitely stay again & next time longer.
