Check in was great - they accommodated our early arrival and gave us an extra hour at check out (very appreciated). Room was nice; however, we found some housekeeping issues and although they sent someone quickly to address, the person didn't thoroughly address which left us feeling like they don't have great attention to details and we had to complain again. Loved the location - walkable to everything and we used the attached mall to cut through to the Blvd. Pool was just ok. We rented a cabana one day and they ended up putting the steel drum entertainer immediately next to our cabana that had open walls. There was no way to enjoy the cabana or hold any type of conversation. I think that should have been told to us upfront about this arrangement or we should be discounted the hours he was playing. We also rented a day bed another day. Poolside service was lacking both of these days - we had to go the bar multiple times to order drinks/food as a server couldn't be located. The pool seemed dirty - was surprised they don't clean nightly. Liked the Starbucks in the lobby. Staff was very friendly. No sales pressure whatsoever. Would consider the Elara again but not dying to go back.

This was our second time staying here, and the lobby smelled wonderful. The rooms were clean and offered gorgeous views of the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, professional, and helpful, while Housekeeping, Bell, and Valet services were prompt and efficient. It’s also conveniently located near stores, shops, restaurants, and the strip. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning.

The kitchen and the customer service keep us coming back every year. We paid a lot of $ and as a member it was disappointing we were denied a late check out. Marriott always accommodates their members with a late checkout of 2pm. Multiple people staying with us had allergic reactions to the pool and trash was floating everywhere.

Overall terrible experience. Beautiful design that is ruined by poor customer service. For five days we threw money away for an overall disappointing experience. Each day of our trip we were faced with a new challenge: wrong room given at check-in, hotel cabana rental website outdated, pool bar with lack of ingredients to make a basic cocktail, concierge provides wrong property information, amenities in room broken, cable tv out and items not refilled by housekeeping. Only one manager that I spoke with was helpful and understanding. He was kind to refund the resort fees. Sadly, the hold on my credit card still is present well beyond the 10 business days. The fight continues..and my love of the Hilton brand destroyed.

A wonderful resort! Very clean and convenient. Attached to the Miracle Mile Mall and right off the strip. Highly recommend, will stay here again.

Best place to stay on the strip. No smoking. No casino. No reason for rif-raf in the lobby. Just a very pleasant experience overall

On one occasion, when a staff member delivered the pillows, we specifically asked whether they contained feathers. She assured us they did not. After we had already used them, she returned and admitted that they were in fact feather pillows and removed them from the room. As a result, we experienced allergic reactions and are still dealing with the consequences. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability. Instead of addressing the issue, the hotel repeatedly pushed us through layers of bureaucracy while providing little meaningful assistance or customer service.

Customer service and room management was excellent!

Absolutely loved my suite. Very clean and the amenities were very useful. Felt like a home away from home.
-
The hotel room was lovely. The hotel itself offers few amenities- coffee must be purchased at Starbucks (very long lines), you have to go off site for meals.

This hotel is amazing! So clean and luxurious. View was beautiful. Location is perfect. Staff overall was exceptional. Our only request is that pool hours were longer and pool bar staff was more polite.
-
Great apartment style rooms, full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, full size fridge. Club rooms are newer and higher floors, I was on 61. Great views, shopping in Miracle Mile shops and Planet Hollywood for casino action. Been staying here every visit for the last 6 years, fantastic staff and service
