Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Center Strip Las Vegas

A giant hotel in an Excellent location. Great room with wonderful view They didn't clean our room for 3 days (!) Every time there was a different excuse (poor ones :) When we approached the reception for some explanation, they again gave excuses and tried to blame us again and again. Cleaning the room, replacing towels, taking the garbage out, etc. are considered basic services that you're expecting even a 3-star hotel to fulfill.... very dissapointing.

During our entire stay, our room was never cleaned. We came home to unmade beds and dirty dishes. They did not bother to come back and check when we had left the room. That is no excuse. They told us at check-in we were to have daily housekeeping, and that did not happen.

The hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxing The housekeeping staff didn't do their job properly. The room was halfway cleaned, the bed wasn't made and the towels weren't picked up

The hotel is connected into Planet Hollywood / Miracle Mile shops. Walking from hotel and emerging into the outside world on the Strip at connecting bridge to The Cosmopolitan or at Hotel Paris /Strip street level. We also found the Monorail at the end of the parking lot (Horseshoe/Paris station) and traveled from MGM Grand to Sahara. A good view of the strip, the Sphere, as well as a great way to get around. A train every 4 mins.

During the day, we were not allowed to open umbrellas by the pool because it was windy. At the same time, the shaded areas could not be used unless we paid an additional fee. So guests were essentially left sitting in the sun with no reasonable option for shade unless they paid extra. This felt very frustrating and unnecessarily money-driven. Then, in the evening, I came to the pool around 7:00 PM to swim and was told that I could not use part of the pool because there was no lifeguard in that section anymore. The pool was still open, but a portion of it was simply unavailable to guests because the lifeguard was no longer there. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much better pool experience and much more reasonable guest policies. These restrictions significantly affected our enjoyment of the stay and left a very negative impression.

Close to the strip, clean and spacious rooms, nice staff, huge pool. The pool, while large, has seen better days. The rubber-like surface around it is worn out and bits of it end up in the pool. The hot tub tiles are chipped as well giving an overall sense that the pool area needs a refresh.

It was a great experience. All amenities were top notch. Very clean environment. This is a property where they are trying to sell timeshares. So the staff and very helpful and the facility is top notch as it is a showplace.

We had an amazing trip my husband and I. It was helpful to be connected to Planet Hollywood and was a perfect location. The hotel smelled amazing everyday. The timeshare reps were not aggressive but left us alone during our stay. The price for the value was amazing. We booked through hotels.xom and got a few extra perks we were Happy with. Upon check in the desk staff was unfamiliar with the requested credit so we waited until next day and spoke to another person and got the missed credit applied. Beds were comfy location was safe and room was clean.

I liked everything about the hotel

The only small thing was that the pool could use a refresh. But it was a great pool! Loved that it was quiet with no casino on site. Short walk to Bellagio. Wish it had a restaurant onsite. That was the big negative. I’d stay here again.
