A convenient and nice place to stay with a good view.

Very comfortable stay. Having the Miracle Mile shops and the Planet Hollywood casino accessible without having to go outside was a huge plus. Never had to wait for a taxi. Everyone was on top of making our stay stress-free.

Swimming pool was full of kids and drinking adults, difficult to swim, only 42" deep - was really a drinking and wading pool

We were not even allowed to look at the lost rings section, or see housekeeping in person or go back to our hotel room. Useless bunch plus the pool area suck. Nothing special.

The room was clean but the tub had a panel coming off and the fire extinguisher located in the closet was not in its bracket. The online system used to reserve a cabana didn't work properly and we were double charged and they never received the reservation. They were not able to staff enough lifeguard to keep the entire pool open due to call outs (we were told). The pool also closed a couple times or umbrellas couldn't be used for shade due to high winds. Which appear to be common in Vegas and the way this hotel is situated makes it vulnerable. Also, there is no room service.

Worked great for what we had planned, walking distance to MGM Grand, Marriott, the bellagio, planet Hollywood, Paris hotel and the cosmopolitan. Ubers are easy however some hotels make them drop in the back. Staff at the Hilton not the best…very rude to be honest so that was the worst part for us. 9 in our party age range 55/27 Mom and girls trip. All of us had the same experience stafff rude.
