Clean and close to large casinos.

Loved my stay here. Everything was great. Rented a cabana by the pool so we could spend the day out there. I love the texting service. Just text the staff what you need and it was delivered in 10 minutes. Whole staff was always so pleasant as well. Will absolutely stay here again.

Our family had a short one night stay, but it was amazing. Our kids loved the great views in our suite and how beautiful and well maintained the room was. It was close to the strip and service the moment we walked through the doors of the hotel was superb! I loved that the washer dryer was in the room, the only downfall was it was challenging to figure out how to use it. Washing was easy but to go from washing to drying was a little difficult. Added plus though was the hot tub in the room!

We were there with 3 kids for 4 days. Great customer services,room is clean,good view,center of strip and everything we need for a family vacation,highly recommended. We will come back again for next time.

Clean room, nearby places to shop

Great location, comfy for family, fun, everything is near by. I couldn’t talk higher of Hilton Elara. My family and I loved it so very much.

Had a great stay. Only downfall is having to go into the mall for meal options.

The staff and service was great. The size of the room was perfect for out needs for 8 nights. The whirlpool feature didn’t work on the tub and there may have been a leak as the carpet became wet when it leaked (we notified the property at check out). Other than that is was great!

Clean room and helpful staff. I recommend getting a cabana if you want a day by the pool and they’re even helpful with making sure you can book that as well.

Halfway thru our stay we realized that the large window electric blinds were out of their track - allowing light into the room - once we put them back in their track it was much better - housekeeping should have caught this, yes? Front desk had no US Postage stamps - suggested FedEx store to get one - it would be helpful to have them on hand for guests.

A perfect spot in Vegas for families. The staff was so attentive, responsive, I would definitely stay there again.

It was lovely and very central to everywhere we needed to be.

This is a lovely hotel and has been our favourite so far on our USA trip. The poolside breakfast was great value and the entire hotel staff were lovely - we felt so welcome! We would have liked a fold out bed for 1 of our children but we were told they didn’t have any and that it wouldn’t fit in the room which was not the case (it would have fit easily).
