Amalz Balcony Suites at MGM Signature !

We were in a suite on the 25th floor for the New year's fireworks show; it was absolutely amazing to watch the show in comfort. And the spa tub was AMAZING!! No Netflix

The view was beautiful Got woken up at about 9:00 a.m. from a fire alarm drill and it lasted like 30 minutes to 40 minutes and then I tried to get a later check out and they wouldn't give it to me

The location It’s dingy and old. From the lobby to the room it smells like an old storage facility and the smell is being masked by all kinds of fragrances. The room was old, carpet needs to be changed. It just felt gross the entire experience, I could not stay here and had to leave

The front desk several times mentioning that we booked via 3rd party. No printed receipt upon checkout, no clean towels, because we booked thru a 3rd party. Spacious bathroom Needs an upgrade, dirty carpets and couch had stains.

There’s no hot water in the shower of the master restroom

Convenient to get in and out of. Big room and air conditioning worked great. Internet WiFi hardly worked.

Nothing Checked into dirty suite after it was midnight EST. I was told the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. Both beds were dirty and unmade, had to sleep in a chair. Not even a clean towel to dry my face.

there were two different bathrooms in our suite which was really convenient for my boyfriend and I. We loved the Jacuzzi Tub and the Balcony views, the valet was cool when it was available for use. convenient rideshare pick up. The signature is a pretty good walking distance from the actual MGM and the strip even with comfortable shoes. They tell you valet is available for free but if it gets too crowded you’ll have to park in MGM self parking and walk all the way to the signature with your belongings that was our experience the second day. The carpet in the suite was disgusting they need to be cleaned or replaced. Also none of the restaurants on the property stay open late we had to leave off the property to get food late night.

Location was good. Did not get any room service like I was told I would have access to which was a bummer.

Access to All MGM properties No housekeeping on property. It wasn’t an air bnb but in order to cook you had to go to the grocery store to buy food and spices, containers etc which ended up costing extra and what wasn’t eaten got thrown out since you can’t take it on the plane. I’m sure it was in some super fine print but should have been clearly stated

The location was good! The property was spacious and comfortable! I love its bathtub particularly. The staff were so helpful! I would love to stay there when I have a chance to visit Las Vegas again.

My wife said this is where we are staying from now on. I even told a friend and they booked the same location and were beyond happy with everything about the room and hotel. It felt like home away from home!

These apartments are well located, well appointed and the staff provide an excellent service. Everything was seamless from the free valet parking to check-in and having to our bags bought to our apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was huge and had a jacuzzi tub with his and hers vanity units. I would absolutely stay here again. Some of the appliances in the unit were quite old and our iron didn’t work, but that was a very minor issue.

The room was stocked with everything you needed including extra towels so housekeeping was not needed. They only thing missing was body lotion and Kleenex but not a big deal. It was nice to have a refrigerator and there was an ice machine by the elevators on every floor. Check in information was confusing. We didn't receive an email about what to do or where to check in until a day after we arrived. We arrived before the standard check in time so we needed to pay an additional $55 to check in early. Since the suite we were in was privately owned, it was managed by a different company, not MGM and we had to call to get permission to arrive early. The front desk clerk was helpful in directing us on what to do. Only one pool was currently open so it got a bit crowded at times. Food and drinks are sold there but drink prices are expensive and you are not allowed to bring in any outside food or beverages. They do check bags to see.

We were pleasantly surprised at getting a penthouse suite :) A corner one no less :)

This unit was fantastic! Great location!! It's so nice to have a kitchen on the strip! It's nice to have a separate bedroom from the living space. We did have a little snag checking in because they keep saying the reservation was under the name of "James " and he needed to be present to check in. We worked through it when they realized he's the owner renting it the property ?

I like that it was very close to everything and the staff was wonderful check-in was hassle free and the casino was a blast even went a couple of parties that was held at the MGM. RECOMMENED!!!!!!!!!! will be back no doubt There wasn't anything I that my wife didn't like about our stay as I stated before I recommend staying at this spot if you want to close to everything again if you want to close to the night life stay here.
