When we arrived, they did not provide us a room. They did not even give us our room They said the Booking.com did not transfer the booking to them overall it was one of the worst experience I was with my family. There arrived at the lobby end up waited two hours did not provide us our hotel. It was one of the worst We made a reservation through Booking.com. They give us the confirmation when we show up to the lobby. They did not provide us our room. It looks like they give it to someone else for better money and they just left me in my Five kids and my wife alone without giving me a new rooms making excuses that Booking.com did not send them our reservation it was absolutely very bad experience and it was

Nothing! Arrived and the place couldn’t find our reservation! Used the email from Booking.com. Called and was told Booking.com would refund our money in 7 days. It’s been 11 days. No refund or reply!!! Ruined our trip. Had to pay double at another place due to late notice.

No clean towels or housekeeping to pick up trash in 4 days. The fan in toilet area dis not work. The kitchen sink leaked. No hot water while showering. The microwave was broke. There was not enough space to use the table and chairs.

The staff deserves 5 stars, but the room does not. It was privately owned and poorly maintained. The temperature was uncomfortably hot, and the blankets were old and yellow. For the price paid, I expected a clean, updated room. I would recommend the hotel ensure all rooms — including privately owned ones — meet the same level of quality. I didn’t like about the property was the room condition.

Its location. The room I received was dirty. Old socks left in the night stand draw along with a coffee cup full of who knows what. Table was also dirty. Remote could not change the tv. Sofa pull out be mattress was as thin as a pancake.

I paid a significant amount for this stay. After that, the valet still asked for a tip. I don’t mind tipping when it’s voluntary, but being asked for it felt inappropriate. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Need to have a place to put soap while in the shower, other than that no compliants.

The only thing good about the property was that it was on an ideal location but all other hotels in Las Vegas are in good location as well. Pathetic experience. We checked into the room late night only to realize the bed is broken and the sheets were not replaced. Extremely dirty sheets with marks on them. I called the reception ad they said this property is not managed by them and its a private condo. I called the condo support team and they asked me to send the pictures but the cleaning team will come tomorrow. How am I supposed to send the night then? I sent an email to them (FantasticStay) and kept hotel management, MGM Grand and whoever I could think of in CC. They replaced my room in 15 minutes; without the email they wanted cleaner to come check tomorrow. Anyways, at the checkout then, they pushed me to check out at 10 AM while the hotel’s policy is 11am. Their support team was extremely rude and pushed me to check out at 10am by telling me that the cleaning team is waiting outside the room. If you’re coming to Las Vegas for experience, don’t mess it up by staying with them. Absolutely the worst experience ever.

No room service

No casino so it was quite and stylish. The little kitchen was equipped well but we could not make coffee in the room. The mattress was comfortable. Nice open view at the window. Could have been vacuumed better. The room was great !! Arriving in the evening there were no reception so you have to walk inside to the other tower to check in.

I liked the location of the suite The suite wasn’t clean when we checked in. There were black shoe prints all over the tiles leading into the bathroom. The carpet also looked gross, not clean and there were several stains in the carpet. I suggested that it at minimum needs to be deep cleaned/ ideally replaced. There was also dust collecting on the light fixtures and top of the TV, it looked like the cleaners did not regularly dust down the suite. The soap dispenser that was supposed to be in the shower was damaged and put under the sink.

Room not very clean upon arrival- coffee machine had old coffee remnants in the jug, and long hairs left on the sofa bench.
-
There was blood on the floor of the room. Lots of mold around the shower, eta. It looked like no one tried to clean the room
-
Nothing It was dirty, almost nothing in the room worked. The staff was difficult and unhelpful!
-
The room was dirty. All the linens were dirty, which made it a miserable nights sleep.

Decent location We rented this unit expecting accommodations for the number of guests booked, but it was not properly stocked with bedding. Although I reported the issue promptly, it took two days for the property to resolve it. In the meantime, my children had to sleep on what appeared to be a very dirty sleeper sofa—with no sheets provided. This is completely unacceptable. The unit itself was also disappointing: it felt worn down and poorly maintained. We’ve stayed in other Signature Tower units that were pristine and comfortable, but this one fell far short. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Very convenient location, happy with hotel amenities, very nice pool, restaurants, access to the strip. First our reservation was not in the hotel system so we waited 1 hour for booking.com to respond and fix it. Then. Unit was extremely dirty, low in supplies, and no one to count on to bring anything you need during your stay since the Hotel staff could not attend to any of our needs, extra towels, sheets, toilet paper because of the reservation was through booking.com. We had to buy our own toilet paper because the unit only had 2 rolls for a party of 5 staying 4 days! Lots of spider webs in the unit, one bed had dirty sheets, carpet extremely stained, toilet was dirty and bathroom were not clean. No cooking Pots although there’s a kitchenette, we couldn’t use the stove, No toaster, very basic items that are inexpensive to have in the unit that would make guests stay better. Many unacceptable things that needs attention. Had I booked with the hotel directly, I would have 100% changed my room.
