I enjoyed everything

Not especially helpful staff, valet and baggage handlers were incredibly slow. No room service either.

From the valet service to the front desk staff, everyone was very helpful, professional and informative. Upon arriving to our room, I can honestly say it was very clean, well stocked with towels and it was a beautiful suit with spectacular views. The hotel does offer three different pools and all three were very nice and clean. It was very nice that they offered complimentary towels. My only complaint about being poolside is that you are not allowed to bring any alcohol of your own and they do check any bags that they think are suspicious of having alcohol packed in them. They do offer alcohol at the poolside bar, but it's expensive. $32 for a strawberry daiquiri or $12 for a beer! While waiting for my daiquiri, I struck up a conversation with the bartender regarding their prices and he admitted that the MGM Signature was one of the most expensive hotels to buy alcohol. But overall it was a beautiful place and convenient to a lot of restaurants and the Sphere. I would consider staying there again.

Friendly staff Amazing experience

Staff were extremely helpful at the front desk, the people assisting to valet park your car.
-
Easy mobile check in and checkout, friendly staff, no smoking, nice and quiet. Easy access to strip

The hotel was great. It was close to the airport/rental car. The walk through the tunnel provides additional shops and restaurants so you don’t have to eat at the café. Although not on the strip it is very close and it is a well hidden gem. The check-in was very smooth & the valet attendance was superb. You scanned your ticket. They immediately bring your vehicle to you. I would definitely stay at this location again. In Jesus Christ Name

Definitely will stay here again sometime. I loved everything!

Great property, Starbucks in Tower 1 was an easy walk. Food was a bit farther away, but to be expected from a more family/extended stay hotel style that included kitchenettes. Room was great, clean, and bed was comfortable. Only complaint is the hotel pool closes at 6pm, which must be a Vegas rule in general but still was inconvenient.

Nice room. You can tell it’s been used a lot and is getting old. But still nice. We enjoyed the Delights restaurant and the main pool. My only complaint is that there on our last day right at check out time at 11:04am we had housekeeping knock on our door asking us when we are leaving because our room was a “high priority” room. I told her about 10 minutes and she said she would just wait outside our room. That was very off putting.

Great room- employees were amazing

We had a great time at this location! I’ve been to Vegas numerous times, however this was the first time I truly enjoyed the hotel and the amenities. We will definitely return!

2nd time staying at this property. The rooms are spacious & clean. The staff, especially valet is wonderful. A great choice for a 5 star Vegas hotel!

One of the best parts was that the property is smoke-free and casino-free, making it a relaxing retreat after spending time on the busy Strip. The indoor walkway made it easy to access MGM Grand’s casino, restaurants, entertainment, and the monorail whenever I wanted to be in the middle of the action. The pools were clean and relaxing, the valet service was quick, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. I also felt safe throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The only minor downside is that Tower 3 is a bit of a walk from the Strip and MGM Grand, but for me, the quiet surroundings were well worth it. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Signature at MGM Grand to anyone looking for a spacious, relaxing, and upscale place to stay while still being close to everything Las Vegas has to offer.

It's a good hotel.

This is an older property but very well maintained. As a group of four, we appreciated the separate bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, plus the AI concierge, which we accessed through text messaging, was helpful in finding restaurants, etc. We don't get to Vegas very often, but I'm always impressed by the size and splendor of the hotel rooms there. The 'master' bath was huge with a separate tub and shower, as well as separate sinks, and a separate water closet.

Eeh, signature makes it sound fancy…it is so far from that. It’s like a run down holiday inn express. People live their full time, got apartment building vibes. Super tired and rundown.
