We will absolutely stay here again! The amenities and distance from everything was amazing.

Overall outdated property. Front desk staff and other employees were rude and not helpful during many parts of the stay.
-
They just need more available bell hops. The one they had was elderly and couldnt handle the work load.

-
Nice suite No coffee shop nearby. No bar nearby. No room service available. Inadequate kitchen supplies.
-
Love staying here... off the strip but with a walkway to the MGM Grand. Easy valet parking and not so crowded pool.

I did not like hardly anything about our stay. I did not the hotel room needed to be remodeled. Some lamp was not working. The bed in the bedroom was super uncomfortable. We did fell recharged and start a new day. I was not able to sleep all night. I called the front desk. I told them the. bed was really and lumpy. And also there were some pool party. The noise level was insane for early morning. My husband and I went out to eat lunch. My husband was sure to call and have housekeeping to clean up the room and give so new clean towels. Oops I forgot to mention that the tv in the bedroom did not work. When I first called the front desk I was so upset I asked for a new room and was told that was not possible because at all. If I wanted a new hotel elsewhere I would need to pay for it myself. After we went to the room expected I was expecting a clean room and a working. The room was still not ready. An engineer was there putting in a new tv. That took a few minutes. My husband was using the bathroom. My husband yelled give me moment . I was in the other bathroom. When I came out I asked my husband what happened? He said the tv was working and that he asked housekeeping to give him a moment to put on his pants. Hw went out and went looking for them by other room. No sign of them anywhere. From the room I called the front desk and explained part of the problems . I was drained. I was speaking with a gentleman and he apologized for the situation. He offered not to charge the resort fees. Sunday night we were expected to watch a show at Treasure Island the Circus de sole. We were running really late because housekeeping took a very long time to bring up towels. Our plans were to have dinner and enjoy the after. Every sit down restaurant was closed. We ended up eating at some fast food restaurant. I asked to check out late but we had to pay $65 extra.

I already wrote everything I had to say

When I arrived the lady at the front counter Barbara was not helpful at all what so ever not a pleasant experience with her at all but I went to another side of the building and was treated great! I wish I could remember her name but she was fantastic she has great costumer service. My overall stay was great and I would definitely stay here again it’s a beautiful hotel everyone was nice and friendly except for Barbara.

It was great location

Tower 2 is the only restaurant on premises and there is no room delivery (you can order from your phone and pick up yourself). Tower 2 is what I would call the main building. Tower 3 is the north tower and Tower 1 is the south-most tower and closest to the MGM Grand and Pool Complex. To get to the pool complex is 3 moving sidewalks, all in a series of hallways connecting the towers to the Grand. If you haven’t been to Vegas in a while, Uber and other ride share have pickup points that are not at the towers (but if you can text your driver, sometimes they come to your tower). These points can be a little confusing the first time you use them and it’s a little more walking if you’re used to uber meeting you at your door. The rooms really do have full kitchens with stoves and full size fridges and sinks. No pots and pans or any other kitchen accessories as you need to bring your own. We tended to order from the local restaurant called Delights and keep leftovers for snacks. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking and made our trip even more special. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it was truly a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Loved the room, pool and location Nothing
-
It was clean and spacious The check in process was stressful they couldn’t find the reservation at first and wanted an email directly from booking.com
-
The room was ok. The service staff was friendly and helpful. My kids loved water parks.
-
The MGM pool complex is great, lots of pools, including a lazy pool. Almost no shading in the pool. The location is about 10 min walk from the strip, but tolerable.

Would come again
