Jet Luxury Elite at The Signature

There was a clogged sink, and I never could get a hold of maintenance because their voicemail was full and they wouldn’t answer. Also, I was under the impression I was booking a deluxe suite along with another suite so that we would have a shared kitchen area. That was not the case. It was two smaller suites connected. Also there was a giant stain on the carpet, and part of the ceiling looked like it was falling down.

Overlooking the airport on the Penthouse Floor. Nice to watch the planes

The room was clean and well kept. Elevators were never busy. Definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Very clean suite, great staff and great customer service from the host

Clean room . Casino was great .

It was nice but for a top floor suite I expected more.

Internet didn't work and I needed it badly for my work. Please install a new router box and set up Wi-fi correctly. You partially ruined my trip

Just great place to stay when you’re here in Vegas.

very nice room

It was a great place to stay during a 10 day dance competition. Was able to cook food with everything easily delivered.

The entire room was clean, spacious, and accommodating. The strip views from the penthouse level were breathtaking. The provided 24hr all day and night valet parking was definitely a well needed accommodation provided. Will definitely be staying here again in my near future. 10/10 rating. No complaints at all.

Pool are fun for the family

We’ve stayed at this property several times and really like having a fully stocked kitchenette so we can cook our own meals and save a ton of money. Rooms are a good size, beds and pillows are really comfortable and ac is not super loud like other places.

Over all a good place. Clean kids love it. Pool are awesome, not crowded. Only thing maybe be able to check in earlier, but other than that great place to stay.

Had an issue with the hot tub. It was not cleaned properly prior to our stay and there were bugs coming out. Had to wait until the next day until maintainer could be reached via jet in order to get it cleaned out and to change the filters

gooooood

Only think was the garbage disposal smelled- everything else was perfect

I showed up and I got told my reservation was canceled after I drove 7 hours there. Almost every other hotel was booked so I had to pay double and I still haven’t heard anything about getting my money back. When I got there my reservation was cancelled and I had to call the number and the staff made me get back in line and I had to wait forever and they couldn’t even find me in the system for my parking pass so they had to give me a temporary pass it was a mess and took forever

Signature is our favorite in Las Vegas.
