Jet Luxury Elite at The Signature

The property was stunning, very nice staff at the front and very smooth process, beautiful hotel and rooms! Penthouse Suite on the 29th floor had an amazing view with a huge balcony!

Good but they need to do more cleaning

Wow what a fab apartment! Our room overlooked the strip on one side and The Sphere on the other! The room had a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms (very handy with teenagers) and a balcony. The room could have done with a lick of paint as there were signs of wear & tear but that did not affect our stay, also would have been good to have 2 x queen beds instead of one of the beds being a sofa bed. The use of the MGM Grand pool was a big bonus, we was located in tower 3 which was about a 10 minutes walk to the lazy river. The hotel and tower pool was clean and always able to get a sun bed. The MGM Grand pools were always quite busy so you had to search for a sun bed in the shade as there are no umbrellas. The free valet was fantastic and was always quick to bring the car back. Would definitely stay here again.

My go to every Vegas trip for my husband and I

Toilet continues to run after flushing it. When I called the front desk they informed me I would have to contact Expedia about the problem . The tv in the room didn’t work the first 12 hours after check in. Valet parking became full and had to walk from the mgm grand self parking after a long night of partying. Definitely won’t be staying here again

Third-party for towels had to call another number for towels. No housekeeping had to pay $100 for a housekeeping fee if I wanted a clean had to pay for valet and it was suppose to be included with the trip

This place is a dump. The rooms are ratty. We checked in and our air conditioning did not work and water was backed up in the sink. We went to the front desk and told them and checked out. They said they entered our concerns in the system. We tried to get a refund through Expedia. Expedia called the location and said they would not refund because we did not call engineering. We actually went downstairs and told the person at the front desk. They entered our concerns, but the staff on the phone with Expedia said they had no notes and disconnected the call. This place is shabby at best. The staff does not care and honestly some of the guests we saw there were questionable at best. Much better places to stay.

The property was as published, clean, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The property location is outstanding, and we enjoyed every single day. A place to stay!

LOCATION LOCATION! With complete access to MGM casino and resort pools etc. everything was just a walk away. Monorail stop within casino. Walk to strip was quick without leaving the casino [ summer time heat was no joke 110* +] Room was great with nice view. Well equipped [ stove, dishes, fridge, etc] will definitely book here again

The location and decor was fantastic. Bed was extremely comfortable

I left everything about the property. It was so convenient to get to the strip yet you almost didn’t have to because everything is right at the MGM. My family and I spent the Fourth of July here and it was absolutely amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had valet parking included yet for some reason for example, if we would leave and come back, they would say the valet is full unless we would give them $20 then all of a sudden there would be parking available. I don’t think that was fair.

The room is extremely outdated! The carpet was dirty. The front staff was straight to the point not very polite when I called and had a question. Great access to MGM Grand. An easy walk. I don’t think I would stay here again.

There was no maid service. The tv didn’t work even after the got it to turn on. No amenities. The hotel staff was friendly, but room was managed by another group. I will not stay here again if I return.
