Jet Luxury Elite at The Signature

The property was as published, clean, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The property location is outstanding, and we enjoyed every single day. A place to stay!

LOCATION LOCATION! With complete access to MGM casino and resort pools etc. everything was just a walk away. Monorail stop within casino. Walk to strip was quick without leaving the casino [ summer time heat was no joke 110* +] Room was great with nice view. Well equipped [ stove, dishes, fridge, etc] will definitely book here again

The room is extremely outdated! The carpet was dirty. The front staff was straight to the point not very polite when I called and had a question. Great access to MGM Grand. An easy walk. I don’t think I would stay here again.

There was no maid service. The tv didn’t work even after the got it to turn on. No amenities. The hotel staff was friendly, but room was managed by another group. I will not stay here again if I return.

Hey luxuries privately owns the condos so you can’t get front desk assistance. They do provide plenty of towels and extra bedding/pillows. It is connected to the mgm grand, but is still about a 7 mins walk to get to the casino floor. The bathroom and jetted tub were nice. The view was wonderful. The staff was great dispite limitations. Bellhops were awesome, valet however did minor damage to my vehicle. Not enough to fuss over, but enough to be annoying. Total of about $100 worth of damage. But didn’t hotrod dispite the temptation.

Rooms are a bit rundown. The sheets on the pullout bed were stained and ripped

Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Nice shower and tub. There is only valet parking which may cause a bit delay.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I like that we had a few pool options with MGM.

Always love staying at the Signature but this was honestly one of the smoothest stays I’ve encountered here. They were very accommodating to put our two rooms close together and we got to stay in Tower 1 which was a great experience!

Great spot right by the strip with a balcony and plenty of room. Could have been cleaned better.

The rooms are not connected, so if you are traveling with young kids they would be in a completely separate room with no connecting door. Building 1's pool was shut down. One of the two rooms we were assigned stank so bad, it was inhabitable. The hosts were aware of this because before I could say anything they sent someone up with a fan saying they need 5 minutes to air it out because of cleaning the carpet. Upon coming back from the pool, 3 hours later, the smell was still overwhelming. No one could stay in that room, Therefore the 5 of us were forced to smash into 1 room. When I called to ask someone to fix the problem, no one returned my call, text or email. I reached out to EXpedia and they tried to help me, but the hosts were very uncooperative. I asked for a refund but they said if i checked out, they would short me an entire night's stay, so I would lose money. I then asked for a room change- which they eventually granted but I had to waste the entire next day going back and forth with the hotel front desk and expedia. The room change was much better and did not smell. Overall I would not use this 3rd party again at this property. They gave me a room no one could stay in and then I had to waste an entire day of my vacation getting a new room and arguing between all parties for an issue I didnt cause.
