It was convenient to many attractions. We liked it that there was no slot machines or game tables.

Front desk was a bit rude. Our room was not ready when we checked in so they held out bags until the room was ready. We were told our bags would be delivered to the room. I watched her tag the bags but was never given anything. When we returned to get room keys the second person who helped us was visibly bothered when we let her know we didn’t have a tag to collect our bags. When we shared that we were told the bags would be delivered she very curtly told us “No, we won’t do that until you have your keys.” It’s ok that they won’t deliver the bags. The way we were told was in a rude tone. She then radioed to ask someone to locate the bags and just told us to “Wait to the side and he’ll bring your bags.” No confirmation or care that they were located or not. She was simply done assisting us even though there was no line waiting. I feel once they see we booked through a third party we’re treated as less than. I had no idea the Waldorf is a Hilton hotel otherwise I would have booked with my Hilton Diamond status, then maybe we would have been treated better.

We loved staying at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas. We liked that there wasn't a casino in the hotel. Beautiful and quiet guest rooms, Aesop products, small but nice pool area, and a great location. We ate in the Zen Cafe and Peacock Alley which were good but expensive (like all the nice hotels on the strip). The staff, especially the valets, were kind, welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great resort tucked away on the strip. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. We ate at the restaurant quite a bit. Great breakfast. Location is great. The staff was helpful and nice. Because it was off peak season, it didn’t seem like the restaurant had all its offerings available. There was a sushi bar but no sushi was being served.

Great location, clean rooms one draw back is you have to go to the 3rd floor and through the breakfast area to access elevators to your room

the hotel lobby, but I could not sleep there. The room requested was not available at the time of arrival, the second room offered to us has a terrible stained smell, the third room did also smell, and that is because (mostly I think) the carpets are old, the cleaning products are so very strong and of lower quality. The rooms interconnecting doors are a pain and the hotel should clear them up.The food smell all over the hotel is really bad, the restaurant at level 3 sting, there are obviously technical issues within the hotel that need closure and re done. We felt that the value of the hotel is extremely high for what is offered to customers. Very disappointing indeed.

Great location, but still very quiet and private. Pool is a genuinely relaxing spot - probably the best part of the hotel tbh in terms of facilities. Rooms are big. Housekeeping was random. Some room noise and food smells but otherwise pretty good. Not exactly ultra 5-star as it claims to be, but a solid non-themed, non casino hotel choice on the strip.

The pool area was wonderful and relaxing, and the drinks were just what we needed while enjoying the atmosphere. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
