Staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel was nice and clean and has the benefit of not being connected to a casino.

Very Clean. Great location. Absolutely not flexible on booking cancellation with refund or even reschedule. I had emergency situation- they won’t consider. Pool closes too early, at 6 pm. Additional charge for late check out, additional bed etc. on the top of basic fees.

The hotel was located on the Vegas Strip, making it convenient to step outside and explore; the property was clean, the staff were all friendly, and free 3bottles of water were provided in the room.

The room and the quietness/privacy of this hotel are its best features. Service is just ok, the Wynn has better service. Food was good but afternoon tea was very unimpressive.

Great hotel. If you want privacy , no noise from the crazy casinos, non smoking yet steps away from all the shopping and craziness, THIS IS IT.

Clean, great service, nice bathrooms. Poor quality beds, poor quality pillows, hotel pool is very small, and given the price, it was just as expensive as far fancier and more upscale hotels.

Being away from the craziness was priceless.

Loved it and loved the sky bar even more! It’s cozy and nice retreat from the casino crowds.
