Great property to stay at Vegas

Our original room had a strong sewage odor. After I reported it, the hotel sent an inspector who confirmed there was an odor and a problem with the room. The manager then told us there were no comparable standard rooms available without the odor, so we were moved to an accessible room. We never requested an accessible room. We only accepted it because we could not stay in the original room. The replacement room was not equivalent to what we booked. My husband and I are both very tall, and the low mirror, low shower fixtures, and lack of a bathtub made it very uncomfortable. The water pressure was extremely poor, and the refrigerator did not work. I called Engineering twice, but nobody came to fix it. This trip was supposed to be a chance for me to recover emotionally after losing my father last year, but being placed in an accessible bathroom unexpectedly brought back painful memories of caring for him during his final month of life. Instead of relaxing, this became one of the most upsetting vacations I have ever had. I appreciate Gloria for her kindness and the inspector for honestly confirming the room problem. However, management failed to provide the standard room we paid for or an equivalent replacement. I stayed at The Cosmopolitan previously and had a wonderful experience. I truly wish I had stay

Very clean, and excellent location. Restaurants, and proximity to shopping, outstanding! A/C in room did not get cold (temps were over 100), and electronic tablet to control room, room service, etc. did not function.

Staff was helpful fast and easy check in and out. Keep up the wonderful work

I’m disappointed, room was dirty and the air conditioner wasn’t working properly.

Staff at the front desk was able to get us 3 rooms next to each other for my sisters and I.

Unfortunately the room type we requested was not available, despite booking several month prior and it showing as available when booked. It transpired that as we booked through a third party (Expedia) rooms are automatically given to customers booking directly with the hotel on check in. After having to complain several times we were eventually (and reluctantly) given the requested room two days later, offered paltry compensation and false smiles and excuses. Having used the hotel several times before I was deeply disappointed on this occasion and will in future always use other hotels in Vegas.

In casino from People who like to smoke and the people like that me who don’t like to smoke.

For the amount of money and the 5 stars rating i think the Aria needs a lil bit of up keep

The room service breakfast was really good.
