It is definitely a bougie say, treat yourself if you haven't 🙂. Without a doubt the nicest pool area Oasis, with plenty of trees and shade for all day. A lovely experience overall, maybe my new fave!

An exceptional hotel that combines modern luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning amenities and beautifully designed spaces. Everything is modern, elegant, and spotlessly clean, and the staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. From the moment we arrived, every detail made the experience feel special. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return!

One of my absolute favorite properties on the strip is Aria! 10/10 service, cleanliness, and amenities offered. In addition, the availability of the tram to take me to Park MGM, Crystal Shops, & the Bellagio makes it the perfect location to stay and get around to different parts of the strip! I would definitely recommend Aria to anyone coming to Vegas!

While we enjoyed the Aria as a whole, there were a few things that could have been way better. I was supposed to be guaranteed late check out, but I was so quickly turned down.. it was disappointing. Our room could have been way more clean. There was hair on the toilet and in the drawers, along with a large amount of water build up in the shower and on the faucets. There was a weird water leak in the ceiling, and the blackout curtains were falling off the rail. The bed was super comfortable, and we really enjoyed the amenities. The spa and salon were incredible, it’s a must go. One of the best massages I’ve ever had.

My cocktail waitress at the pool gave herself 115% tip and if I didn’t ask to see the receipt I wouldn’t of caught it

The blackout curtains were broke. The body wash cap was loose we couldn’t get any gel to shower with, took an hour to get replacement - had to call twice.. M poor mom just used hand wash soap. I told the staff, who came up with 4 small shower gel tube replacements the black out curtain wasn’t working, so he pulled a switch that took out all power in the room, then he did something to return it back except for power on the tablet - that was supposed to control everything in the room. So the staff said I’ll put a work order on that , just use the remote and left. I only slept 4 hours because of the bright city lights outside. I think they gave a a room that needed to be repaired but gave it to us anyway because they like to offer sub-standard service. It was crappy, I hate complaining but it’s supposed to be 5-star hotel.

The Aria sent a message thru Expedia stating our perks for being VIP members. We checked in at the front early and there were no rooms available which was no big deal. We were told we could do the self check kiosk when our room was ready. We did that, but when we got to our room it was a two queen beds instead of a king that we had booked. We called guest services and they said there was none available and because we booked thru third party there was nothing they could do. We went to talk to the desk and we found out that some times they offer this if they’re running low on king size rooms, and compensation is offered. But this wasn’t told to us. They found us a room and gave us a credit. The night before check out we called guest services to confirm they knew we had GUARANTEED check out at 1 PM for our perk. The lady was rude on the phone and interrupted my husband and said check out was at 11 and we would have to call at 8 AM to see if we could be accommodated. My husband went down to talk to a worker again and was met with an unprofessional worker who wouldn’t even look at my phone to see the message. He literally said, “bro I work here I know”. My husband asked to talk to a manager. He called his manager and said infront of him, “I have a customer down here arguing with me about check our time”. The manager wouldn’t come and said 12 was all they could do. In the morning we called at 8 and found out we had this to our account the whole time!! They compensated us for a meal
