Great stay at a nice property.

This place was amazing. My family and loved the view the layout of the rooms, the beds were comfortable. Everything was well maintained.

This was a spacious and well appointed suite. Great view and Centrally located.

Great Hotel

Beautiful suite with lots of space for our family of four. Very quiet and excellent views of the fountains and the Sphere. Free valet parking was very helpful on arrival. Getting the kitchenware we needed was a slight challenge - if you need to cook you may need to ask several times to get what you need. Great communication from the host. Would definitely stay in this suite again.

Vanessa from front desk was very professional and accomodating, she made everything easy for our check-in. Brenda from Bell Desk is one of the most polite and knowledgeable staff.She gave lots of infos we need to know for our iterinaries! However, Amber from front desk is THE MOST TERRIBLE staff my husband and I encountered in our whole stay. We asked about the coffee bcoz we never received our complimentary coffee in our room but, she immediately said “$18.00” without even checking or asking us if we received our coffee when we checked in! We told her not at all, she mentioned that she’ll send it to our room but, next time it’s $18.00 each! We NEVER Received our coffee nor Amber even checked or follow-up on us! As we are walking away to get our own coffee from SB in the lobby she’s still talking and insisting that we pay $18/cup for the coffee even tho we told her few times we never received our complimentary coffee! This was our first morning at the hotel and Amber did everything she could to ruin our first morning experince at Vdara! This is Vegas we know everything is pricey! We were prepared for this!She does not to keep asking for our $18 and ruin our morning, most specially if u haven’t had your coffee yet!Pls hire classy and educated receptionist! She’s in Vdara not Motel 6! Keep it classy! Even the valets and employees at MarketCafe treated us with respect and decency!

My room was an hour and a half late. I was told because there was soda stains on the carpet that needed to be washed. I asked to enter my room anyways, and there were no soda or carpet stains. .There were stains on the sofas. The microwave didn’t work nor did the fan over the stove. The TV in the restrooms didn’t work either. The pool is always lukewarm.

Clean room, nice view. Love that there is security at elevators to ensure only guests are entering towers. Great location to walk to many places

This property was very nice. Comfortable beds, helpful staff. We loved the location and was convenient to everything. The pool could have used better music though :)

I would not recommend staying here again. My husband and I went for a long weekend and was disappointed in our 5 star hotel room. We had a great view of the strip but the black out blinds and curtain were broken. This left a strip of light in between the three panels and it was so bright. Made it difficult to sleep. The room also has nothing in it, no trash liners in the trash cans, no Kleenex, nothing in the kitchen. No k cup pods for the Keurig they have in the kitchen. It was also disgusting. Liquid splatter on the walls, carpet and soap scum all over the bathroom. House keeping doesn’t come either. There is a button on the wall for housekeeping that you can press but they never came.

Wow, just Wow. The view was incredible! Loved the shower, kitchen, ice in the hallway, market shop downstairs (although a bit expensive), etc etc. Walking distance from the strip and great bar in the lobby (Vice Versa). We're not gamblers, so not having a casino downstairs was also not a problem... I wouldn't have minded to have steel cutlery. Tough to eat steak with plastic knives...

You have to call to request all equipments you need for cooking / eating.

The phone didn’t work so we couldn’t order room service. The tablet didn’t work either

Great place for kids and great view!

Management didn’t offer any solutions as I didn’t carry a physical card while travelling overseas. No issues using this payment method anywhere else in the world or USA, just Las Vegas. After 5 hours being stranded on my own with no where to stay they finally agreed to let me use Apple Pay as a security deposit. Tried to get my bags up to the room but there was no response at the bell desk for 30mins. Eventually went down and got them myself.
