Bellagio

I Love it there everything was Excellent, The next time ⏲️ I go to Las Vegas I'm Differently staying with you hands down.

I haven't stayed at the Bellagio since its renovation and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything felt and looked updated but still meshed with the integrity and timelessness of the original design and decor. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Spa Tower: First room had human poop on the edge of the tub upon check-in. They offered to clean the room, but I was already uncomfortable and requested a new room. Second room was two doors down from a large floor fan used to dry the carpet from what was obviously a huge watery mess, given that the whole floor smelled like mildew. They found me a new room in the Bellagio Tower, but without a soaking tub and the view was hideous (as in the back of the building and parking garage). My traveling companions had to wait until 5:30 for their room, despite check-in being at 3 p.m. This was not ideal since we already had tickets for "O". The show was lovely and exciting in a clean and comfortable theater. Room service (breakfast) was delicious. There is only one set of elevators for the main towers, so it got pretty crowded during peak hours. We were assured that every effort was being made to accommodate a "very busy past 15 weeks". While the staff were very nice and always tried to make things right, it is clear they are being stretched thin for this sprawling property. I would not stay here again. I've stayed in nicer rooms for less and there was nothing offered that we could not get at another property. In addition, despite providing dining credits, they still managed to screw that up, charged my credit card, and then had to refund me. Just waiting for my refund for the room downgrade. Curious how that will go.

I liked everything about the hotel, just wished there was a coffee maker in the room.

the view was great. seeing the strip and more was unexpected. Super room with the view. I think it was or better than the lake view. actually, there was nothing to not like. The only issue from what I see was the lines to buy coffee which is expected and we adjusted to that. Beyond that great job.

The room was very small and the bedding was dirty; it was impossible to sleep at night—it was so noisy, it sounded like the neighbors were doing renovations.

non smoking rooms. We had to move to non smoking rooms the next day. I’ll think twice about staying there again.

Very nice hotel/resort/Casino. Well maintained. We also enjoyed the pools.

Spent 4 days at the Bellagio for a work conference; loved the room appointment and overall friendly helpful service from most staff. I did not like being told that I need to pay my check out balance with me AmEx; not having used any of the benefits etc. But have to assume this was to the benefit of the Bellagio.
