Bellagio

This was my first time staying at the Bellagio. It did not disappoint! The staff was so kind, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Loved having the double sink in the bathroom. We wanted to do a late check out but due to their high occupancy, they were not able to do that. So we were able to check our luggage easily outside their main entrance. When we came to retrieve our luggage, they were able to get them quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great day at the Bellagio. Everything is very clean well maintain lots of options for food and drink and great service.

Besides the hotel being beautiful, our room was spacious and clean. The hotel had plenty of restaurants and shops and easy access to other neighboring hotels. The pool was beautiful as well. The gym had the necessities and was clean and well maintained. Overall a great trip!

Rosaly checked us in, she is incredible. Helpful, sweet, and exactly what you want to walk up to after a long flight and lines

The room was tidy, clean and in excellent condition. However, the staff were abrupt and not especially helpful. The car self parking was convenient but expensive. The location for strip is good compared to the other same-level hotels. The shopping area is ok, but nowhere near as good or atmospheric as Venetian or Caesar’s. The restaurant options are not as good as these too. The smoking atmosphere in the casino is absolutely vile, and it lingers throughout the 24hours - even transit through with children is unbearable. Overall, pricey for what it provides and would recommend Venetian and Caesar’s over Bellagio, especially for families.

Very helpful staff

The Bellagio is a classic and fantastic Vegas hotel! Our stay was excellent, the amenities and location is great! Staff was kind and helpful! The show within the Bellagio, Cirque Du Solei was a must see!

While minor, the check out feature from the room’s TV did not work so I was able to use my phone but then I did not get a receipt emailed to me as promised so I am having to call to get them to send me the receipt. So, the check in and check out process was a big negative for me. Otherwise, the room and properties are great.

The lobby was very chaotic. It was very difficult to understand where to go for checkin. There is mobile checkin although the iPads for room keys are also chaotic. We did look for someone to help us briefly and didn’t see anyone; we did figure it out but it was something even my teens commented on.

The room was amazing! The bath tub didn’t work but it had a separate shower so it was ok. The decor was top notch. We saw “O” and it was spectacularly amazing! It was super convenient to see the show and go straight up to the room
