So great hotel
-
I love the cleanliness and friendly staff of the property. Very live atmosphere and definitely will stay again on my next visit.
-
Bathroom sink stopped up 3 times while we were there 5 nights. Maintenance would plunge it but never done anything to fix issue. Had a Kurig in the room but no coffee. Lines were long at front lobby. When you would call the front desk you could not talk to an actual person without going through prompts .

If and only If I go to Vegas again. I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE!

The caesar palace is huge so it's easy to get lost.

Great

Clean rooms, quiet and smoke free, kind and helpful staff except for check in.

The property is beautiful but the hotel front staff members are the rudest i have ever encountered. They lack hospitality and customer service etiquette. Hotel also tries to charge on early check in and upsell you on views. I won't be staying at this property again.

Beautiful hotel. Highly recommended. I travelled with toddler and elderly and everyone enjoyed it. Only con is that the layout is very confusing and It’s a lot of walking for the elderly.

The spa was a massive highlight—the massage and facial were top-tier, and unwinding in the sauna was pure bliss. We also ordered room service for breakfast, and it was flawless. To top it all off, we had a fantastic dinner at Hell’s Kitchen. We had the best time and truly cannot wait to go back!

I don’t like those surprise fees once you get there, but other than that, Caesars still has it!
-
Very disappointing.
-
The buffet is $99 a person way overpriced. I can see why Las Vegas is losing so much money because of the ridiculous prices. It’s too bad we used to really enjoy staying there but maybe not anymore.
-
It was an alright stay. I just didn’t like seeing a very big cockroach in my bathroom. At least they gave us a kind of better room.

My room was not ready on arrival. But we had several people checking in for a conference that day as well. The room was not as clean as I would’ve liked it to be. There was an extra large size sticker stuck on one of the walls which was very noticeable to me, but must’ve been missed by the housekeeping staff. You have to buy the coffee for the coffee maker in the room. Which was an inconvenience and made it just easier to go to Starbucks. You have to buy the coffee for the coffee maker in the room. Which was a inconvenience and made it just easier to go to Starbucks. And the restaurants in the hotel were very expensive. Luckily there is a CVS and Walgreens close by. There is no mini fridge in the room. You have to request one with a fee however there is a very well stocked mini bar. .
