Staff were helpful and kind. The hotel is fairly clean. It seems to be a bit dated. Our toilet kept making loud noises. Be aware that there is a mini fridge but they will charge you $75 to use it since all the items in there are weighted and charged.

The checknin lobby staff questioned us about our confirmation number and said that it didn't match asked both my husband and I ID had to verify with her manager if it was OK to allow us to stay.wait3d a while to be able to check in.

It also seemed like they were really squeezing for revenue for each room. For example, we did not like that we were provided with only 1 Keurig regular coffee cup (plus on decaf) daily and if wanted more then an additional charge. Could only connect 2 devices to wifi and if wanted another then an additional charge. They didn't seem very interested when I reported the room phone was not working and twice had to go to the lobby to ask questions about the hotel property rather than being able to call guest services.

I reserved and paid a room at Nobu but at check in I wast told that my reservation is transferred to Cesar’s. Room had old and wore d our towels. I am very disappointed with Expedia reservations. You don’t pay for Mercedes and get a Toyota.

The Hotel was very clean. Ambiance was perfect. Very friendly Staff. Checking in was a breeze. Highly recommended without the stress so you can spend more time enjoying your vacation.
