Jet Luxury at the Vdara Condo Hotel

It’s beautiful! The room has view of the Bellagio Fountains and Sphere. V Dara is an excellent hotel with awesome amenities. One can order room service from an IPad and VALET is free!

When we got to the room, the tub had urine stains. We had to call front desk to send house keeping to clean the tub. Then the room had a smell of urine. By the window there were stains, I know it’s a pet friendly place so I’m not sure if the person previously had a pet but the smell was unbearable I was able to spray my room spray to cancel out some of the smell. Unfortunately that was the only room and they couldn’t switch me out.

I would stay here again

Bathroom had a large tub bit the water faucet did not work. Very disappointing. Why would you create a nice room with an ineffective shower and tub??? Pool was great, nearby bistro and Starbucks was convenient. If these were corrected, I would return.

It was the best vacation home that we had. With the vew of the Bellagio fountain, Eifel Tower, Rio hotel & The Sphere... we enjoyed staying our room because of the view at night!

My experience was good overall. I have a few minor hiccups which let me to talk to some of the the front desk staff and manager, which were very accommodated, and tried to fix the problem as best they could. Overall beautiful hotel and what's day again.

Location and proximity to Aria Room flooded, toilet stopped working, sink was stopped up almost entire trip, had to move to another room during trip due to issues, initially came to the room and wasn’t cleaned well

The condo unit was very good. My family had a great stay there. The faculty, pool, and amenities were excellent. The bridge access from Vdara to the Aria, Cosmopolitan, and Bellagio casinos was great. Every casino feels integrated with Vdara. Overall, we had great time at Vdara, but we encountered several problems in the condo unit. The beds were kind of old and uncomfortable, especially the sofa bed it needs repair and a new mattress for sure. The automatic blinds and window shades are great, but when closed there are these gaps between the shades and blinds that a lot of light comes into the unit making it difficult to have a good sleep. The pillows are old and had no support, you end up the next day with back and neck pain. We had an issue with the kitchen sink, the garbage disposal was malfunctioning and it had a sewage stench in the kitchen area. Maintenance looked at it and said it needed to be changed. The bathroom hand sink was slow draining, too. Finally, it’s kind of difficult to get the bath towels, kitchenware and trash pickup from the staff. You need to call them every time you need something like that.

This is our favorite and go-to place as we do not gamble and the location is unbeatable. Would appreciate some kitchenware rather than having to request from housekeeping. Brought our own paper plates/cups etc just for microwaving leftovers.

The only niggle was that you had to call for crockery. With this being a self-catering apartment, one would have expected it to be ready supplied. For a European it feels like a way to extract another tip.

Location I was lied to for 1.5 hours about who was responsible for cleaning the room told the room would be ready in 15-20 minutes every time I went to check. Told the front desk multiple times I had cold food in the valet that needed to be refrigerators and had I known I would be waiting 1.5 hours after the 3:00pm check in I would have not put it on the cart to be taken upstairs. Was told they would see what they could do but never did anything

The housekeeper knocked on the door thirty minutes prior to our check out time to ask me what time I was leaving. She looked me up and down and said she would come back later. Very unprofessional! We really enjoyed our stay other than that.

There was no toilet paper in our room. We had to ask for some to be brought up. We had a stove but no pan plates utensils in the room. You had to ask at the desk to get anything. No outlets or light switches by the bed. Had to go across the room to the light panel to work any lights..

The view and the location The sofa bed and the mattress, They're already really worn out; I feel like they need to be replaced.

Absolutely true to the description that was given. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable and came with a great view. Perfect for what I needed for the work week and the property offered everything a person could need and then some.
