Great place to stay lots of things to do and stores to shop. Place can be very overwhelming , confusing to navigate, and very expensive.

It would be great to have an ice machine closer to the 35th lvl. I hated having to ho to lvl 3 because card would not take me to the 30th floor where ice machine was located.

Once I finally made it to the lobby, things got worse. Most of the self-check-in kiosks were broken. Maybe it was because I booked through Expedia instead of directly through New York-New York, but the system should logically work for everyone. Instead, I was stuck in a slow-moving line with at least ten other equally frustrated people waiting for a human agent. Most travelers are going to take advantage of Expedia's steep discounts, so the hotel should be prepared for it. In a modern era where we can do everything on our phones, check-in should be effortless. Ultimately, I accept that it’s a casino hotel, but it’s wild how standard hotel amenities are entirely missing here. Basic accommodations like a mini-fridge, microwave, or coffee maker don't exist in the rooms. If you want them, you have to pay a daily fee for each—for instance, a mini-fridge is an extra $25 a night. My only positive review on this property is that beds comfortable the shower was nice. The room was big and the sleep was uninterrupted

I would like to get fridge on the rooms and microwava.

I liked everything except the elevators. The are over crowded. Also my son was staying on a separate floor that I couldn’t access because my card was only programmed to get to my room.

However, took 3 requests to get the foldaway bed to the room. Our other friends never got there's BUT were billed for it.

The room was really clean , we asked one of the cleaning girls if they could clean are you while we were having breakfast and they did we came back that was really clean. Thanks so much.
