The casino workers had attitude if you its your first time playing their table games

When I checked in I used the self check in kiosk and it was fast and easy. I needed help loading my room key and the staff that was there to assist was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was excellent almost too big. Beds were really comfortable with good bedding.

Will stay at property again

Our company has a convention in Las Vegas annually and their choice of hotel accommodations are at the MGM Grand. This year and last year, my wife and I chosen The New York, New York. I love the amenities, decor, and layout of the property. It has more restaurants and attractions, not to mention easier on the wallet. As long as we our company hosts our conventions in Vegas New York, New York will be our choice.

Great stay. Wish the pool stayed open longer than 7pm. Over 100 degrees in the evening, would have been nice.

Overall good

Everything was great! The casino was clean, the room was clean. Nice bed. They dont offer conditioner in the shower so bring your own. The pool was good although it's quite a trek to get to the elevator you have to use if you're in the ny tower.

Dated but spacious rooms.

We had an amazing stay at New York-New York Hotel & Casino! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was fun, energetic, and exactly what you want from a Las Vegas vacation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. I loved having so many restaurants, bars, entertainment options, and casino games all right inside the resort. We barely left the property. New York-New York has a great mix of excitement and comfort, and I genuinely enjoyed my entire experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Las Vegas!

El hotel tiene buen ambiente para familias buenos restaurantes y muy cercano a tiendas alrededor.

I did not notice a buffet, which would have been great. we found ourselves leaving the hotel for food.

The only thing I did not like that there was not enough restrooms within the casino floor.

Just wanted to tell you that ur bartender Mario was one of the absolute best bartenders I have ever came across. He was very fun to have…he took amazing care of us…and really he was the highlight of our trip. I will always remember him and if he gets to see this message please tell him that Pam and Michelle said it was a pleasure meeting him and if I ever make it back to Vegas I will for sure come look for Mario!

Clean room great staff and room service was a plus for us! Casino was awesome!

Great place to stay. Center of the strip. Plenty of things to do right on the property.

not many amenities, room had no mini fridge or microwave, as if they dont want you to be able to reheat your food but rather to go buy some more. a coffee machine would be nice as well. but other than that its a nice place to stay at.
