The staff was friendly but the hotel is very dated. Rated it higher due to the staff but wouldn’t stay there again.

I arrived the afternoon of 9/29 and checked in with no issue. When I returned that evening following my event, neither of my keys worked on my hotel room door. I went to the front desk and was told my room was locked to me because I did not have a reservation. I had to provide confirmation details to "prove" I had a reservation. According to the front desk, the woman who had initially checked me in did so under the wrong name and was "new" which is why she messed up. It was late at night and quite and inconvenience. The room itself was old, with stains on the floor and walls, and the shower faucet never stopped running, no matter how hard we tried to turn the handle. I will not be returning to this hotel if I can avoid it.

The hotel was a bit old and run down, but still ok.

upgraded our stay on site to a suite. they said for $50. a day. i wouldn't have spent $50 for the whole room. the hotel appeared to be dated back to the early 80's. i have stayed in better hotels for less than half of what this room cost.

Didnt have a fridge or microwave in the room. Couldn't play my video game on TV it sucked

I was really good. Just a lot of walking and terrible parking.

Initial room was awful. I arrived and there was an ozone machine still in the rooma nd it had an extremely strong/overpowering smell of carpet deodorizer. I was advised that there were no other roms for me to move to except smoking and that was not a viable option for me. I realized the next morning why the ozone machine was in there after the deodorizer smell disapated and the entire room smelled like urine. I made the front desk aware and they did move me rooms for the remaining 2 nights, but no credits or accomadations were made besides just changing rooms. Disgusted is not a strong enough word to use to describe my experience.

It's a very good place to stay.

For a hotel with 20(+) floors you would think that they would ensure the elevators worked..our entire stay often times the line would be out the front door waiting to get on one of the 2 working ones (YES TWO working elevators). The bath spout was hanging off the wall & had to be held to turn the shower on, but only came up half way so some water came from the spout & some came from the shower head (which lead to bad water pressure, long showers trying to get shampoo out of hair & soap off body. No coffee in room when we inquired at front desk we were told there was a $30 rental fee for the machine and we’d have to buy the coffee separately!! It’s sad how run down this place has become over the years, will pay more to stay someplace that has working elevators, showers & coffee next time.
