MGM Grand Hotel & Casino

Loved the hotel. Rooms felt really updated and very clean and comfortable. Pool was great with the kids. The only negative was the long check in lines and the fact I lost a ton at the casino but thats more on me. Overall great value and we had a great time there

My husband and I have never experienced so many rude employees, from the pool servers to the avenue cafe server and a small pizza stand luchinis,the bartender at luchini,and it wasn't just with us. We felt as if we were an inconvenience, by just ordering. Also we were given a $100.00 credit when we checked in because it was my birthday,but at check out they knew nothing about it. This has never happened in all my years going to las vegas. It was strange,are friends felt the same way. The rooms were clean,the woman that cleaned our room was very nice

This is our favorite Hotel to stay at when in Vegas. The easy access to the monorail to the cleanliness of the rooms keeps us coming back. This time we went in the summer so lots of kids so didn't get much of a chance to use the pool but it sure looked like fun with that "river". Will be back again soon.

Download the MGM app because the staff refers you to the app at every turn. Unless there is nowhere else to stay, I will never stay at one of their properties again. Beware.

Loved our stay but a very slow check in process.

everything in the hotel was in outstanding condition. The staff were super nice and the property was very clean and safe. The only thing that I wouldn’t recommend is the hand soap, but that’s something super minuscule so it wouldn’t really matter. The pool hours were fair but personally, I would’ve like night swimming.

Muy sucio el baño, ni siquiera fue limpiado con los antiguos inquilinos, lo bueno es que llamé y de una vez lo fueron a a limpiar, pero no es la idea, la idea es que me entreguen mi habitación limpia.

Room was clean and quiet. Bed too soft and wallowed out. View of construction. Good a/c. No access to refrigerator. Small bathroom. Room was far away from everything. Food options too spread out and locations not well marked.

Nice Hotel! Great location! They have a Ross and a Target in walking distance! They had a Pandora in the hotel!! Baybeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Vegas took all my little monies!!!! I’ll be back!!

Rooms were very comfortable and clean

The #1 Reason we stay here is the Pool and Lazy River. Get there and find an area by 930, gates open to the river at 10am. Bring your own tubes, they blow them up for free. The Hotel was great, shower is big, definitely fits 2 people. Beds were 6/10. The food choices and shopping was great. It was super close to Top Golf, and I loved that with the parking fee you can come and go all day, and park free at the other MGM properties. Love This Place!!!

The only complaint I have it people knocking on my door at 9am and the soap dispenser falling off the shower wall. Everyone was friendly, check in was easy and the facilities were excellent.

Everything was good. Nothing bad to say. Except the slot machines were super tight. Not hitting not at all.
