Motel 6 Las Vegas, NV - Strip

They gave me a room and it wasnt even cleaned. Then gave me another room that the floor was dirty you could visably see and throw up. Even a dead cocroach as soon as we walked in the door

I'm not sure how the other reviews rated this place good. Something is fishy here. When I checked in the room smelled like smoke and the girl was reluctant to change my room because I said what if the other rm smells like smoke and she said I can't keep changing your room. I ended up changing rooms. The problem was the evening when returned to our rm the TV did not work. Same drill on changing rooms the next day to find working TV. As far as ammenities there are none. I would be ok with all the homeless but the staff and room is unacceptable, I checked out before I used my 2nd night. The only reason I gave 2 stars is they did refund me for the 2nd night. Even with being next to strip I would not stay here again. This shouldn't have even been in Expedia's list of available stays

No light in restroom, I got charged $100 deposit in CASH I offered to pay with credit card but reception lady refused, very rude. Price is good, close to the strip. Stay only one night. I received my deposit back at checkout time.

Nothing!! I did NOT stay here but my card was charged.!!! I was charged $126.07 from this Hotel but I never stayed at the hotel nor did I make any reservation! My bank is investigating this matter and trying to get charges reversed!.. So far management has been absolutely NO help in getting this settled! Not sure why it is so hard...

Beds would bang against the head board with every move and bathroom fixtures was loose.

No Microwave or Refrigerator, but the Room was good

At 1st we didn’t have any issues with this location. Staff was nice but we were not aware of the $100 cash safety deposit before our booking. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. We had to walk to the office to have our keys reprogrammed. After that the smoke detector started to chirp and the property didn’t have any batteries to replace with. They gave us a new room but after 30 mins in the new room the smoke detector started to chirp. I went back to the office and told them I wanted a refund and we would leave. I had to take a picture of their iPad showing the refund because they either didn’t have a working printer or paper to print a copy of the refund.

There was a $100 cash only deposit due at the time of check in that we weren’t aware of. Room was very small and had a small sheet over it they kept falling off. Mattress had no protector cover or no fitted sheets over it.

Location is okay, close to the Vegas Strip, but also to the airport and helicopters take off all night.

The position The staff really rude and they don’t help us with a problem in our booking, i call a lot of time and they weren't answering or putting down the call while I was talking. The problem hasn't been resolved yet, and I don't know who to contact. If they don't get back to me soon, I'll try something else. plus the room was dirty, dirty sheets and towels not to mention the shower
