Prostitution City. Keep you up all night. Cops were there one night, when asked what was the commotion, was told I needed to mind my own business and consider staying somewhere else. A tenant was murdered the next night. I’ve stayed here a few times and it was always pretty good. The staff is good. The guests are not.

Could not recommend. The front desk staff were great and it’s not their fault the hotel is rundown and not very clean. I saw the largest cockroaches outside an exhibition at an Ohio zoo. I would never stay here again.

This place is in dire need of security and an exterminator. Many people were hanging out on the balconies being loud I couldn't sleep at night. The room airconditioning was not cold. There a few roaches in the room and swarms outside. Not clean, not safe, not quiet. I had booked for two nights, but checked out after the first night of a terrible experience. Zero Stars

Wow, I am grateful I found such a great deal! My room was very clean and peaceful and the price was excellent! I was visiting for a residency concert at the Dolby Live. I will be back for to see the same residency (it was that good) in July and booked my room there early.

housekeeping should go a tiny bit slower, and make sure hairs are gone. but no bugs. clean sheets and towels. happy staff, and the rooms are good sized. I wish there was a bathtub but the ac is cold and water hella hot. love it.

the hotel staff were very attentive and professional. The maids made sure that our room stayed clean and were very helpful overall. Any issues were addressed immediately without further issues. the prices should be discounted more then 10% especially when you stay two or three weeks. I got an email stated the longer I stay id receive 20% or 35% off but the prices never changed from the 10%. besides that no issues.

When I checked in the male associate was polite n knowledge about the property and very friendly. Whn I was checking out the assorted lady was rude,condescending n won't help me check out early cause I booked from a third party app.
