I will say that this doesn’t apply to all the staff at this property. This night security was very polite and I did appreciate how they let me explain my side of the story before just simply removing me and my kid’s from the property at 12:53 am on a Friday night. I booked my room at the OYO due to me having 2 dogs. It’s pretty tough to find a decent place in Vegas that is pet friendly and I will say that the beginning of my stay was nice. I was a little disappointed when I paid for a pool view and got a view of the back of the building and the new stadium build. But over all, didn’t have much to say. However, by the 9th day of my stay things started to become problematic. I’ve paid over $70 a night to stay here and haven’t complained despite being charged the additional $100 deposit a night. As one would imagine, it’s killing my budget but I’m limited right now until my rental is ready . This night I paid $186 to stay and even the front desk girl was confused why it as high, but it went ahead and paid the room rate but asked if there was a way to skip the deposit since I’ve paid $1000 now with no refund yet. They said they would talk to the manger and if it was problem they would call my room. Crickets. Until 12:45 am when security knocks on my door to remove me. The front desk even went as far to try to lie about me smoking in my room. Thankfully I didn’t have to leave but this night has now cost me $300. BE VERY AWARE AND WATCH YOUR CHARGES. SHADY, SHADY.

Rooms was extremely dirty we checked in two rooms that was VC but was actually VD, the elavators was down all weekend. They moved us to the 15 floor so we had to climb 15 flights of stairs to get to and from the room.. I would never book here again. NEVER
-
Both rooms had issues. One rooms toilet kept having issues. The other rooms ac broke and then we got locked out of the room. The elevators broke and we were on the 16th floor.

This is the Hooters hotel. Old old old. I am a trafficking survivor and was trying to find a safe place to rest and get quiet. When I got to my room the door was open and it was the worst site. The a/c was blasting hot air. The curtains were shredded. Moldy, stagnant, hot halls. Only 2 elevators for entire hotel building. I had a panic attack and was stuck on the 9th floor for 15 mins before I just took 9 floors of stairs to the lobby. After asking for a refund the manager told me to just leave without a refund. I still haven’t seen my almost $400 back yet. Thanks to the manager I ended up sleeping in my car without a/c in 120 degree heat.

Great place pool is fun and the rooms are large and in excellent condition the best bang for your buck stay out of the casino
-
Not very accessible 1 elevator was broken & had to either wait so so long for an elevator to be used or take stairs from 8th floor. The ice machines didn't work.

Never booking here again!

Do not stay here. It is a dump. They will not improve it because it's going to be torn down to make room for the new parking lot for the stadium. That's being built next-door. Only one of the five elevators work. There's no signage telling you that so you stand there waiting for the elevator. In order to find some of the rooms you have to walk through a door, called stairs and hope that you can figure out where the other tower is. The rooms are updated, but still very old, including rust and damage in the bathrooms. There are stairways that do not go to the first floor, which are incredibly dangerous in case of a fire. The ownership here knows all of those things and doesn't care. Stay anywhere else. This is the worst experience I've had in a hotel in 50 years of travel.
-
The bathrooms had no fan and the vent in the wall of bathroom had so much build up of stuff it was disgusting. Out of 5 elevators only 1 was working at anytime and only 6 people were allowed on. Took us forever to get to the lobby to leave and forever just to get to our room. Was very disappointed, oh and they never disclosed that upon arriving there is a extra 109.00 registration fee that wasn't even mentioned on their website. I highly do not recommend this place.
-
4 days I stay no room service. Not even change sheets, bath towels, no toilet paper and top of all elevators don’t work. Just one for the entire hotel. This was a chaos. I was on 8th floor and many other people on 19th floor. Just imagine that stairs 19 floors. Hell no
-
I have no clean room any of my stay days, no clean towels no toilet paper, elevators were out of service ( I was on 8th floor). It was terrible
-
We were placed on the 9th floor and for two days the elevator wasn’t working so we had to use the stairs to go back and forth. We got lucky on our last day it was working but only one was and it took over 30 minutes to get down. The staff were friendly but the elevator and super expensive parking was such an inconvenience. The booking says it’s 21 per day for parking without saying it’s a third party scan to pay and no guarantee you get parking now that it tells you pay ahead for x amount of hours and if you leave you might no find a spot even if you already paid.
-
The hotel elevators didn’t work 90% of the time which resulted in my family getting stuck inside for a duration of 40 minutes.
-
Rented the presidential suite. A/C didn't work, but the worse part was when we turned on the hot tub, a massive amount of pubic hair, and other human waste came out. We took our travel uv light, and there was splatter of some sort all over the room. We videoed everything and showed management. When we complained to management, they moved us to a basic room that also had A/C problems, and refused to refund us anything. When we expressed our frustration, they threatened to kick us out. We have forwarded videos, emails, calls all with 0 resolution. Steer clear of this hotel at all costs!!!

Charge me for resort pool was close.
-
My experience might be more of a bad luck case. Both the ice machines on my floor weren't working, and they only had one working elevator which took forever to wait for, ended up taking the stairs 7 stories. Beyond that, no complaints.
-
The place was so run down, old and dirty. Only one elevator was working there were no signs that the elevators weren't working apart from the ones on the first floor. There was always a long line for the only working elevator and the AC was barely working within the casino floor. The bathroom faucet would make strange sounds, half of showerhead would let out water, and the curtain rod was ready to fall off. Don't stay here, spend the extra money to stay literally anywhere else

Was not aware of the $56 resort fee until check in and $22 a day parking. Rooms are old outdated and bathroom not clean. Lights in room did not work. One elevator in 10 or 11 floor worked I took the stairs and I’m almost 64.
