I left a Google review already. Filthy rooms, bathrooms and hotel, next to no amenities. Broken everything. Uncaring staff. Except one security guy. Cockroach in our room. Broken slot machines. AC works on half the casino floor only. Broken elevators. Outlet in our bathroom; only half of it worked. One restaurant and bar open for the whole hotel. Hooters not open whole time we were there. Four Days. Over Fourth of July. We have stayed in Vegas every year over the 4th of July for the last 30 years. Worst experience I have ever had. You couldn't pay me to stay in the OYO again.

Not recommend

My tv and toilet did not work. I was never given any new fresh towels. I was hit with a bunch of fees which made the room cost as much as the better hotels
-
Not as clean i thought it would be no microwave no mini fridge no plugs on the side of bed

This hotel looks exactly like the pictures. I didn’t like that I was awakened due to construction next door of the hotel. My air conditioner was loud so I requested a room change. It’s located in the strip and was ok for the price I paid.

Do yourself a favor and spend a little bit more money for a different hotel. Check in took over 30 minutes. Hotel was dirty. Elevators take forever to come up and down. Bed was broken and informed staff and they didn’t offer a different room or partial refund. Shower was dirty. AC worked and pool was nice however pool hours are only from 10am-6pm. Parking is a nightmare at this hotel. There is a parking garage however, please note you pay to park outside of the hotel and then when you park in the garage. They charge you again. Staff told me this hotel would be closing soon due to it becoming a parking structure for a new stadium that would be built soon.

BATHROOM SINK WAS CLOGED

Tube que salirme mucho antes de lo esperado
-
too expensive for what you actually got, the room was clean, but it was everything too old, and outdated

Terrible experience. Hotel need major updating. A/C in 340 was crap. We checked in and left thinking it would be cooled down when we got back. It wasn’t. Shower was 2 temps. Too hot or scalding. Tub looked dingy like it needed a good cleaning. Elevators broke down while we were there. I could hear people inside complaining how hot it was. First Responders had to be called. However Staff were friendly. Casino was small but nice.

If I could give this hotel, a zero I would I got here on a Thursday and I requested for them to clean my room every day and they came to clean my room on the fourth day and a half ass job when I requested a full cleaning and my beds to be done. I went downstairs and I spoke with a manager named Ramsey and he said there’s nothing he could do for me. I also spoke to a director a female I don’t remember her name and she said she was going to send somebody over to clean the room. We left for a whole hour being that it was 8:30 PM when we left and got back at 9:30 PM to see if the rumor is ready so my kids and myself could fall asleep and we got back in the room was still not done. I went back downstairs and that’s when they gave me a corporate email to file a formal complaint. If you have a family, do not come here they do not value you or your family. They treating me very inhumanely by not cleaning my room when I ask them and I have multiple phone calls on my log. All that the manager Ramsey would say is I’m sorry it’s not me. It’s housekeeping and I told them all they worked for you. You’re the manager. And he was trying to avoid accountability. During our day, there was an alarm that went off as well and nobody communicated anything to us on another day. Elevators got stuck, and they had to call fire department due to overheating. And then the first elevator all the way to the left on Ocean side is janky and makes all kinds of noises and bounces up and down with open

Old building. Friendly staff.

Great location. Easy walk to the strip. My room had an old cigarette smell, only 2 of the 5 elevators work, check-in had only 2 of 4 people working on a Friday so it took a while to get our room. Pool was decent but the bar only had 1 server causing delays to get order drinks and food. All ice machines were missing on all floors, had to go to the bar and ask for ice (which they asked for ID just for ICE). Overall it was a decent stay for an affordable price. Not much to to for minors besides the pool.

The room was average at best. Nothing special. The hallways and elevator smelled like weed all day and night. Only 1 elevator was working. So during check in time it was a 10-15 minute wait. Steak and shake was good every time we got it. The staff there was great too. The night manager was awesome. The front desk manager, Ramsay was great as well. You get what you pay for. I recommend watching some YouTube videos about the property before booking.

The parking was not free and I got charged twice for (2 day parking) instead of a overnight (1 day parking)

It was a great experience. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist you.

Very disappointed with my stay—the room was dirty, smelled terrible, and clearly had not been cleaned before check-in. I was traveling with my child, and we suffered through the night due to the poor room condition and lack of assistance from the staff. This level of cleanliness and customer service is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here.

1. I requested a roll-away bed. Housekeeping brought the bed to the room while we were out and about. Upon our return, we opened the bed to discover one empty beer bottle and two bottles of water wrapped in the sheets. 2. Poor customer service when I called the front desk in regard to the roll-away bed. 3. No answer to the housekeeping phone and the voice mail was full. 4. Dirty towel left hanging on the shower curtain from a previous guest. 5. Mold and mildew in the bathtub. 6. Bathtub does not appear to have been cleaned in quite a while. 7. Two out of three elevators were non-operational on a weekend. Took over 25 minutes to catch an elevator going down for checkout. 8. Clogged toilet. Call Engineering at 9:00 am, waited a half hour, they did not come. Came back to the room at 4:30 pm and they still had not come. Called again and they came a half hour later. 9. All vending machines were completely empty. 10. All ice machines were non-operational. 11. Very poor service by a bartender named Luis at the bar. He was unfriendly and seemed not to want to be bothered. I am requesting a FULL refund for my stay due to my complaints above. I will be posting this review on other venues.
