Holiday Inn Express & Suites Las Vegas - E Tropicana by IHG

Good

Cleanliness and comfort No consideration for vegetarians in breakfast options and the location is far from strip or public transport

Comfortable, quiet and clean. Perfect lokaction in Las Vegas. Parking is not included, and breakfast could be a little more interesting.

The location Beds mattress very soft and elevator was not available, it was broken and I need to pay for the parking lot

Pool Not enough towels

Breakfast, swimming pool, coffee/tea point, staff Air con was not easy to turn off. It kept on switching on... Water was leaking in the tub in room no 328. We couldn't stop it...

Room was exceptionally clean and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

Clean room and comfortable bed. Great breakfast.

Actually, I didn't get to stay at this hotel on the particular dates scheduled because of miscommunication between customer service & the staff of the hotel.

Very good

Staff friendly with a warm welcome, great breakfast. Big rooms we had a view of the hotels. Parking (chargeable but good rate). Good pool.

Staff was awesome and so helpful!

It was clean and comfortable Close walk to the Vegas strip Nothing

Very good

The location

Nothing. Very lovely stay and would stay again

The property was located exceptionally. But also not hard to get to either. The staff were absolutely incredible. In 4 days I didn’t have a single bad experience with the staff. Just one customer that kept trying to cut in front of me that the staff handled very professionally and swiftly. Everything was clean and smelled amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in LV The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. Paying $20 a day to park at a hotel I’m staying at is kinda crazy. If I wasn’t staying there then I would understand.

Clean, convenient to airport, good breakfast. Hot drinks available in reception 24/7. Lovely staff - great value compared to other hotels on strip - easy to walk to strip about 15-20 mins or Uber to mid strip only about 7-8 dollars Everything was great! Only 1 thing to point out - I walked into the glass door out to swimming pool as it was sunny and looked open no stickers to show it was a glass pane - it was my own fault really but we did report it

Superb
