It was an amazing experience!

Desde q llegamos cuando hicimos checking nos tardaron mucho para darnos el cuarto tuve que esperar casi 1 horas para q me ayudaran y darme la tarjeta para poder entrar al cuarto y aparte cuando queríamos salir del parking no me activaron la tarjeta o no se q pasó prq no pude salir 2 vesese cambiaron las tarjetas también pero di como 1 hora en ir y venir del parking al mostrador van muchas veses q me quedo sin n ese hotel y no se me hace justo eso

Later decided to gamble a little. Wait staff is scarce. Finally one walked by and my husband tried to place an order and she told him to “ shush” and walked off. I finally walked across the carpet and found another waitress and she said she couldn’t come to where we were seated 20 ft away even tho Ms. Shush was on both. I had to sit there on her side and wait for drinks. When I say don’t read too much into newly renovated. Light fixtures were rusted, there was an old thermostat in the room that was very old and had no power. The floor in the bathroom had chips and cracks. Nothing about it seemed updated. Very misleading and the air in our room set on 65° didn’t feel 65°, maybe 75°. Breakfast we settled for a smashed Breakfast croissant sandwich and left first thing. Staff was so rude every encounter except the rewards counter I didn’t even bother arguing room difference.

Staff was very kind and helpful, rooms were always spotless and the pool was nice in the heat. I’d recommend finding food outside of the hotel, it’s not the best for what you have to pay. Overall loved my weekend stay at the Excalibur and would definitely recommend!

with constant solicitation for time share inside hotel. Maintenance staff was very helpful with couple issues we had. Maid was very nice and respectful about cleanliness of room.

Hotel was clean and staff was courteous of our stay. Location was perfect as well. Definitely recommend for the price

I didn't like the lack of personal touch when checking in. Signage was poor, and just had to "figure it out" after a many -hours drive. Would have preferred some one on one attention. Other than that, my room was well appointed, clean, and despite the length of time walking to and from the car, that is the same at every casino hotel. I absolutely will stay here again. Had they had a normal check in routine, I would have given this a perfect score!

Really enjoy the atmosphere at the Excalibur and the location. The people are very nice and welcoming.

Do not use Expedia, do not use Excalibur, when I arrived to my room, it was literally the farther room on the 3rd floor next to the emergency exit, I was promised a king bed it was only a queen, no coffee pot, no microwave, old loud AC unit, the mini fridge had old opened food from a previous guest (ham, cheese, milk, yogurt) old crocs left behind (I’m guessing no one really cleaned) I found a dead roach inside the room the second day I was there, and some bug in the bed the day I was leaving, I’m guessing because it’s thru Expedia they just give you the worst, no tv, couldn’t even pair my devices or see the tv menu, crappy antenna channels, and the staff won’t even let you talk to them because you didn’t reserve thru them. This was the first time I used Expedia and it’ll be definitely my last. Same with Excalibur. Also the towels were awfully old and crappy.

I wish there was a coffee pot in the room, a TV channel quide and a map of amenities. Other than that everything was nice, check in was super easy and we got to check in before 3

Good value. Gym and pool are nice, especially for kids.
