Excalibur Hotel & Casino

We were in the renovated room. It was nice and clean. I really enjoyed digital key in MGM Rewards app that allows you to go directly to the room. No waiting, no need to talk to anyone. You can also get a key at the front desk kiosk. We had only two nights and everything went well.

The “renovation” room I paid extra for is the same or less condition for tower 2 as the regular rooms in tower 1. Not worth it. Save and just book the room for tower 1. Don’t pay the extra.

I do not enjoy the MGM online help system. But Excalibur is convenient to adjacent properties and restaurants and the Monorail to the Convention Center.

Excalibur is trying hard to remain top of mind when searching for a strip hotel with value. No complaints. Everything was satisfactory or above with. Nothing fancy or extra. Clean and worth your stay as always.

The hotel price oer night was cheap and affordable. Its almost at the end of the strip. On our first night, the beddings was noted ti have dried blood. We immediately notified them and housekeeping changed the beddings. We got our resort fee waived for that night. There was no fridge in the room. But upon request we were given a small one.

I selected no room service (marked as no cost) during auto check in. So don't know wether there will be a charge for the room service or not. And there is no breakfast included in my package but there's a lot of options in the facility or surroundings. Very busy area, all interesting areas are within walking distance. But sunshine in the daytime was so strong, I prefer to wandering in house in different Resorts during the daytime.

The hotel is located at the end of the Strip, that is its strength and weakness, weakness because it is very noisy from the street side, not only The Strip-side but all around the hotel. The lobby is worn out and dirty, the carpets are disgusting, there is smell of cigarette smoke hanging everywhere.

Excellent, clean room and spacious!

Check in wasn't great. You have to navigate it at a kiosk, and if you booked via a third party you may not have the reservation ID they are looking for. And then you create your own keys after your room is ready. We could not find a way to check in with a human.

Room was not clean. Tv was horrible no music options and light fixtures are old. Horrible view
