The shower is not safe. I slipped and fell as the floor is so slippery and no handle on the wall to hang on to or a mat to avoid slipping. The pool had no umbrellas in a 3 digit weather and if you need to sit in a shaded area you have to pay a fortune per day. Very inconvenient, never again!

There is no microwave in the rooms and you can’t request one either. If you want a fridge in your room you’re going to have to request one for a one time fee of $25 but they will tell you that it’s an additional $25 per night for one . Our remote control for our tv didn’t work. I was there for five days and had to turn the tv off on and change the channels by hand which I complained about every day.

This is the best place to stay in Vegas.
-
genuinely my favorite hotel so far the beds were soooo comfy i felt safe and it was clean
-
Love hotel stay only thing is they should let you know that they don't have any refrigerators or microwaves or any coffee makers that will be pleasant to have it this hotel for all the money that you pay to stay and this hotel that will be nice to have. But overall I give them a four star it would be five if they have microwaves coffee makers or refrigerator ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Customer service sucks. I stood in self check in line for over 2 hours. When I tried to check in. the system couldn't find my reservation, too much technology is involved, only 3 live persons at check in line, I then asked one of the employee for assistance, he screamed at me and said " you have to get in line like every body else, and he proceeded to call the next person line "NEXT" and totally ignored me. I then went and got in line for another 2 hours until someone checked us in. The hotel is beautiful, the staff at the restaurants and housekeeping are great and awesome, but the people at the check in desk are rude. I know they are overworked and understaffed because the lines were extremely long. I was able to see how frustrated the employees were. This hotel is using more computers/technology then the human warmth. The elevators were old and shaky when operating/in service. No microwave, no mini fridge. I will never ever stay here again. Hotel itself is beautiful/breath taking. Parking is 20 dollars per day, they don't validate hotel guests. TV size is good. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean.

All the changes in registration are making the registration to slow
-
It was a great time, so much to do, everything seemed to go well
-
Clean room didn’t get the room I asked for but it’s okay
-
The room was ok. The check in process was not the best. Luckily one of the staff members was able to help us.
-
Spacious and clean.
-
Two major negatives: no microwave and no mini fridge. That hinders a lot of good options and child drinks in the desert is imperative, so not having a fridge isn't ideal.
-
Everything was fine as far as the Room. My credit card was flagged for fraud when they tried to run multiple charges of $600, $300 and $150. So that sucked being without a credit card for the trip.

If you trying to do you makeup the mirrors are so dark and gloomy. Make sure you have a personal mirror/light combo. Get the suite its so huge
-
Hard to navigate to get to room, elevator took a while, hotel need to be repainted, and pool area is very small and not very accessible
-
Be more aware of your customers need and safety
-
It was good and clean
-
Don’t stay here unless you have the all inclusive. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned and we requested housekeeping several, all of which was ignored. Bad look for the MGM

We arrived after midnight. Since there was a line we used the kiosk to check in but it said wait for a text to get instructions to get room key. After waiting a long time, no text ever came through so had to get in line. They didn’t have the room with a king bed I had paid for. Was charged an additional $303 for amenities (this doesn’t include $40/night parking) & was given a room with a TV that didn’t work, water in shower didn’t drain and 2 full sized beds instead of a king.
