Our room was hot when we checked in they sent someone to fix but we were stuck in hot room for half my trip. Yes I know I went to Vegas in August but friends at other hotels did not have this problem. Was offered to move but it took forever for solution had to go to more than once to resolve. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained but in need of a few updates

There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The restaurants were ok, We did not gamble, as we were there for a concert. Check in was annoying since we could either stand in a huge line to check in with a human, or scan and get our own keys. That process was not very clear. You might need to put a sign out that says to hold your phone away from the screen a bit. I had to ask someone standing next to me. I also think it is a rip off that there is a $51.02 daily charge even if we used nothing. B.S.!

Pool are has been renovated and very nice but does not have any shade at all not even a little. You can buy chairs and umbrella. Reserving them in advance was cheaper.

A little old but nice hotel

Check in was slow but they were able to get us in a room near another guest we were visiting. Room was a dump and very worn down. Filthy dirty windows, chipped up furniture one of the dresser drawers was hanging open and would not close, the toilet seat would not stay up for my husband, grout in the shower was cracked. the air quality in the room was weird and i kept coughing only in the room. husband got a bug bite when he was sleeping and the elevator interiors were worn , beat up and looked like they had seen better days, paint on doors pealing or perhaps beat up. from a bunch of drunks fighting, who knows. Then we were going to stay at the property to eat at the steak house but it was not open on Wednesday nor were 2 other ones on the property. We tried to call down for information but nobody answers the phone. Not even a coffee maker in the room, no refrigerator. Went down to the shop to pick up a bottle of wine and some water but nothing was priced. Too much competition in this town to ever return to that dump.

Genial el hotel muy buena ubicación para el ir a un concierto
-
Check in was a nightmare with trying to check in at the kiosk.
-
No issues, clean rooms and polite staff
-
This hotel does not have anything in the rooms. They are clean but lacking in things other hotels have such as microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. This is a great hotel for cheap overnight stays or for something last minute but I dont recommend much longer than that.
-
I didn’t like that the rooms didn’t have a fridge and one of the rooms I got was very hot that I had to move to another room. I will not be returning to this hotel
-
Rooms need little refrigerators. And fix the elevators.
-
Long and slow check in. The air conditioning was not cooling the room in the gold tower. Room change needed and our room keys became deactivated after returning from a concert. They still had us in the first room in the computer system.

I left on July 27, 2026 and I am still waiting on my deposit. I can't get anyone on the phone to explain to me what's going on.

I only stayed a night
-
The safe wasn’t working, and there was no fridge in the room.
