The view of the pools were amazing. The room was laid out perfect.Loved the king bed.

Staff too busy to answer questions. Checking out was difficult.

The Beach is unique and nice but I’ve been to aLOT of wave pools and never had the rule to push patrons to the front by the staff. You are NOT permitted to walk in slowly or adjust to the water or even dip your feet in to walk across and avoid the HOT sand. The property overall was ok for Vegas - bathroom upgrades would be nice. Communication with the staff AND app could be MUCH better for check in and beyond. Our room chairs had stains and damage from previous patrons. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

Lazy River is excellent, but you have to provide your own floats. Wave pool is pretty lame with a single wave every minute or so. Get to the pool early!

showers had mold..had been cleaned in a long time...tub was dirty....service was non existent...40 minutes to check a bag...an hour to retrieve...pool area was so crowded it was worth it. if you are at a conference..take tram to luxor as taxies can take an hour and uber wont pick up.

Mandalay Bay is prefect for families with little kids. There Wave pool and lazy river is nice. My twins had a blast.

Property was fine, but when booking I was not told that my reservation was for the "W" building and not the main Mandalay Bay building.

Everything was amazing.

The W tower is a downgrade if your main tower room is not available. Insist on a main tower upgrade, or failing that, a Four Seasons room.

Horrible check-in experience, A/C in the room inadequate -- could not keep the room comfortable, fridge in room not usable for personal items, bathroom sink clogged, no desk area provided.

The reason I stayed here was because the lazy river and wave pool. However, both were crowded with kids who were not following the rules. Lifeguards were not enforcing the rules. Also, the wave pool was very lame! It was one tiny wave every minute or so. Very disappointing!

Hotel staff supervisor nice. Had a problem with my door. Comp for breakfast. Their café isn't that great and the market was really overpriced.
