Can’t beat the service and the quality of room

Each staff member was professional, helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet is overpriced and the food wasn’t great. The coffee was worse. Absolutely not worth the $’s, time or calories.

I have to say, the Four Seasons Las Vegas was nothing short of amazing! From the staff to the cleanliness it was a wonderful experience. Ohh… and the food for so delicious and fresh. One of our favorite vacations and the Four Seasons was a huge part of that. We highly recommend the Four Seasons, especially if you want access to everything Mandalay Bay has to offer but prefer to be able to have a quieter, more relaxing and luxury environment at times.

We will always choose the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. We love the quiet, classy, beautiful space in the midst of the hustle that is Vegas. The service is excellent, and we adore the pool set up and staff. Thank you for another fabulous getaway.

Perfect for families. Clean, less busy and no smoke!! Staff were so accommodating and kind. Will definitely be our hotel every time we are in Vegas.

We had an amazing stay. So nice to have access to the pool. I will say that one morning I left cash in a small purse in the bedside table drawer, while we went to go get breakfast downstairs. I had just counted the cash due to settling the amount from gambling the night before (it was not a large amount) but when I came back to the room after breakfast, $40 was missing and carelessly stuffed back into the purse. It's definitely my fault not using the safe in the room, so, shame on me. But I wanted to let other potential guests know that if you leave any valuables in the room they are absolutely not safe even in a hotel you've come to trust. We chalked it up to a tip and clearly the staff needed it more than I did. But just know that they are going through your drawers etc in this hotel.

Great service and great spot!

Huge rooms with excellent faculties. Some of the staff are friendlier than others. The invoice viewing facility on the room TV does work. Upon check out my card was going to be charged without my viewing the bill which I then asked for. This struck me as odd and I think the staff member thought I was being awkward in asking for it.

The staff were beyond courteous, accommodating, and lovely to interact with. The spa was lovely. The beds were heavenly. The exclusivity was outstanding yet right in the action. A casino was just a short walk away. Most importantly, the restaurants at The Four Seasons were top-notch with excellent farm to table quality ingredients which I truly appreciate. For the most part, the rates are very competitive with the Wynn/ Encore and Bellagio. However, I wish The Four Seasons had loyalty points that I could utilize and collect each time I stay as I am a loyal client.

Fantastic way to visit Vegas - no casino, no loud people, etc.

Everything from the moment you drive up to the time you leave was more than I expected. Everyone at this hotel is ALWAYS so nice and accommodating. It’s absolutely wonderful! Have nothing that I didn’t like.

Clean room, friendly staff and great amenities.

Jacqueline was very kind and got us checked early since our travel plans got us there early than expected. Room was perfect for what we needed. Traveled with small dog and they had a nice little relief area conveniently located. Room service food was wonderful, just all the charges added were a bit extensive. Comfortable room and bed! Quiet area that allowed us to feel like we weren’t staying in a casino property but still had access to it if we chose to indulge. I would definitely stay here again!
