Very nice hotel. Nice comfortable room

The W is great. It’s clean, cozy, luxurious, and smells great. The new updates are going to be phenomenal when done. Looking forward to coming back and seeing the new and beautiful changes

Love the suite and the smell of the hotel

Great location for events at Allegiant. Not a fan of places that charge you if you touch anything in the fridge. Walk to the pool is a bit far, but nice once you get there.

I cme to vegas for work amd really enjoyed my stay. I wanted to rebook the hotel on my next stay. What I found out was they do not allow short stays. I needed to come back to Vegas for work for 3 days. I would have loved to book my stay there again.

We've stayed here several times....when it was The Hotel then when it was The Delano. Now the W keeps up the fine tradition of comfort, luxury and value for money. If you are looking for a suite to relax in with nearby pools (best in Vegas), bars, restaurants and a first class casino with one of the best poker rooms in town, then this is for you. It's good to be down one end of the Strip, too. so you're not always caught up in the madness. You can visit it then make your escape.

I really appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of Rosemary who checked me in. It was very late and it was confusing finding my way to reception due to renovations possibly covering signage. Rosemary offered me a complimentary upgrade to 62 floor and a penthouse which I accepted despite the lateness of my check in and the fact that I was solo (so much space for one) and just staying one night. She also gave me a later check out.

The house keepers stole my belongings

Understanding this property is in the midst of a renovation, I appreciated extra perks like complimentary coffee with your key in the transforming coffee shop in lobby across from construction. The guest experience from the room however was less than ideal. QR codes and endless AI bot selections by phone for extra towels, pillows, and a medical fridge that took you in circles was frustrating. The app was untenable, thankfully the staff member who finally got on the phone helped work it out, however there was a huge convention checking in and it seemed like staffing wasn't adequate for the amount of guests coming in. The hot water in the shower was another miss as it was non existent. . . Lukewarm showers are not my idea of luxury.

Check-in was flawless, checkout not so much; need to work on all the DEI hires, get more competent people.

Have local traveling planned! We used the tram to Excalibur and walked to the monorail at mgm grand to get around. Also took a fair amount of cabs. Other than that great hotel.

Decor and quality of design and interior workmanship.

This hotel is beautiful and the rooms very nice. It doesn’t have its own casino but is connected to Mandalay Bay. There is a small coffee shop on the main floor otherwise you will need to leave the property to eat. But it is a beautiful hotel with very pleasant team members.
