Too old and the tv can’t cast Netflix or internet tv app

I decided to stay at the W for a change, it was a big mistake! It hasn’t changed in 20 years since it was originally built and it’s very tired, needs a big overhaul

The lobby was so dark and hard to see upon checking in. When I first arrived, the room they gave me was dirty, but they soon made up for it when I went back down to talk to them about it— I really appreciated that. Staff was nice and attentive. The location was nice as well.

Property was under construction and a bit tired, but overall a wonderful stay, the pool access is always unparalleled

Internet didn’t work spent 20 minutes on the phone with their tech person still never worked. They were under construction so their bar area was closed. Cup of coffee in the room cost $16. It’s just insane.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and reasonably priced. My only concern was that there was construction taking place around the main entrance and check-in area, which made it difficult to navigate and determine where everything was located. A few temporary signs acknowledging the construction and providing directions to key areas—such as the check-in desk, elevators, and parking—would have been very helpful. Other than the lack of wayfinding during construction, I had a great stay and would recommend the hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views, comfortable beds, great amenities, and excellent restaurants. The staff was phenomenal, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a very concerning housekeeping issue. We arrived and went straight to dinner, returning to our room after midnight, so we didn’t have the opportunity to thoroughly inspect it beforehand. The next morning, we discovered what appeared to be blood splatters on the pillows, blood on the door handles, handprints on the living room window, and blood on the sheer curtains. It was extremely unsettling and raised serious concerns about the room having not been properly cleaned before our arrival. To the hotel’s credit, once we reported the issue, housekeeping responded promptly. They replaced all of the bedding, thoroughly cleaned the bathroom, wiped down the doors and surfaces, and cleaned the affected areas of the room. While I truly appreciated how quickly the staff addressed the situation, this is a level of cleanliness that should never be overlooked in the first place. The service and property deserve high marks, but the housekeeping oversight was significant enough that I hope management takes steps to ensure it never happens to another guest- but I will definitely stay here again but will thoroughly examine the room.

Hotel under construction, no house keeping, didn’t answer the phone, no umbrellas by pool In 114 heat. Elevatorss off line, didn’t warn us Ana had us wait 30 to get to our room Each night. Absolutely no zero customer support for anyone. Extremely disappointed and will not stay again. I want a refund!

It was a beautiful property. It seemed very family friendly. The pools were beautiful.
-
Nevertheless, the overall experience was nice. The ladies at the coffee station, bell service staff, and taxi assistants were as nice as could be. They made up for the lackluster treatment of the front desk staff.
-
Great place. Staff was great. Only complaint was lack of items in the room and typically free forgotten items are common. You're charged here, so don't forget!!

It was a great stay!
-
Helpful Staff, accessible facilities and not too crowded.
-
Made 7 trips to front desk due to card key issues, ice machine was broken for 4 days. Phone calls to front desk resulted in 10-15 min wait times, promises, and no action. Manager was mildly helpful but no apologies or offers for any real action.
