Staff very pleasant and helpful. Nice atmosphere in the casino. Non smoking. Rooms a little dated. All food and drinks massively overpriced. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. No refrigerator. We would have liked to keep some cold drinks and have a coffee whenever we were in our room.

Every thing was good except the cleaning of the room I had 5 nights there and they cleaned the room on the 4th day had to hunt the cleaning people for towels the other days

There was no coffee pot in our room in order for us to have coffee in the morning we had to order it from hospitality and it cost us $35 each morning to order coffee plus the mattresses there to sleep on we're so soft that we had to go to a chiropractor when we got home because our backs were so bad Plus on our second day there nobody came to clean our room.

Room was very comfortable, clean, and serviced every day. I appreciate that the Park is a non-smoking hotel. I love Eataly! Ate something there every day and enjoyed lunch outside on the front terrace before leaving for the airport. Bar service was very good as well. An important item - The safe in my room did not lock. I stood in line for nearly half an hour at the check-in station to report this. The associate I spoke with arranged to have engineering come up to my room and check it. The engineers were unable to fix it and arranged to have a specialized technician come up. It was fixed within 24 hours, which I appreciated, since I had a laptop and some valuable items that I would have liked to secure in the safe immediately. A small item - I didn't see any glasses in my room. When I checked to see if the safe had been fixed, I found 2 glasses hiding in a dark corner of the closet. Suggestion - put glasses on the sink in the bathroom. I know I'm not the only one because another guest I met in the elevator had the same complaint.
