The room felt a little dated, but the remodeled lobby and overall property was nice.

Had issues checking in. Even though I'm a “Junior” on my account and ID, it still showed incorrectly on the hotel end and it took forever to check in.

The absolute best stay especially for my first trip to Las Vegas. From beginning to end the stay was immaculate. The staff was amazing the entire stay. The room was clean and spacious. I can’t wait to return to this fabulous hotel.

From the check in process to checkout the staff was kind and helpful. The property was very clean and is a smoke free property for those that want that. It is conveniently located and the food in the restaurants was so delicious.

No refrigerator, no microwave in the rooms.

Because I was at the Park MGM for a conference, I was not in my room much; however, I was really surprised that a refrigerator and microwave were not included. I brought a dish to my room to eat at a later time that needed to be refrigerated and microwaved and was told they could be delivered at an extra charge. This was a first for me, and I travel a lot. I’ll never stay at this property again. The location on the strip was great, though.

This is one of the major hotels on the Las Vegas strip, although it is not as large as some of the mega hotets. Main selling points for this hotel are that it is smoke free and reasonably priced. Important for me is a good bed and shower. The bed was great. The shower left something to be desired. Not great water pressure and it did not drain very well. Other than that, our stay was fine, except for a little mix up on room numbers, which they were very helpful in getting resolved. We were only there for an over-night stay while passing through town so we did not get a chance to take advantage of any of the amenities.

Hotel had good amenities but rooms were warm and the AC didn’t adjust when I tried to take it off of auto. Had to check out early and go to another hotel.
