Location and vibes are awesome for couples and families.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Overall, the amenities are great and the shuttle is nice to get to the Bellagio quickly. Primrose is a must! The only downside is that our room was a little dirty in the bathroom.

This is my second time staying here. The beds are super comfortable, I love the non-smoking casino, and the eatery is great. I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else.

I was not happy with the room and wait times to get a clean room. Waited over an hour and they downgraded me when I asked how much longer. The room was dark and the bed sunken in. Had a weird smell and overall I will never stay here again

Our stay was pretty good. The rooms are nice and very clean. My only complaint is the check-in process. We arrived after check-in time and did the self check-in on the computers and were told that our room was not ready. There was no ETA or indication of how long we would need to wait. The line to check in was also super long to talk to a person. So we went to the bar and I ended up calling them and after finally getting someone on the phone, I almost immediately got a text that our room was ready. I just feel like they don’t prioritize the self check-in yet they don’t have enough staff for the in person checkin.

FOOD: • Bavette’s amazing filet mignon • Best Friend’s - fun vibe, pricey but great Korean - try the kogi tacos and yogurt soju (I’m in trouble!) PARKING: • Shares parking structure with Aria/event space. The room card doubles as the parking pass. When checking out you can keep the room keys with you (drop box is at the gate) - scan the room key/parking pass at gate one last time (so you don’t pay) then - scan the QR code on the back of room key to check out and drop the key in the drop box • Room service was fast and friendly, try the Avacado toast for breakfast mmm ROOM: • No fridge or coffee machine in room :( but I believe the fridge can be requested • Room size for two adults was spacious • Clean, modern decor • Great lighting for makeup. Shower pressure amazing!! • Get the Strip view room - nice to sit on the couch and ppl watch through the big windows

The stay was very nice. The pool had a DJ playing great music. Water pressure in the shower was incredible.

They should put a microwave in the room. When people take home their food from restaurants. The tv should be a bigger size.
