Paris Las Vegas Resort & Casino

The staff lost our luggage. The valet put the luggage back in the car. The bathrooms in the casino were disgusting. I was walking in piss. I wanted a players card and a team member yelled at me. The room ac did not work well. The fridge in the room was broken.

Did not get the view we paid for the upgrade was not an upgrade. No room service after 11. Would not come back

The casino was very dirty, and the dealers were not friendly at all; it felt like they didn’t want to be there. I’m not saying this just because I lost money—I actually won. However, at checkout, you’ll find many hotel fees that were likely disclosed in very small print.

We were there for one night for an event. The hotel had easy kiosk check in, hassle free and permitted early check in. Met all our needs.

Clean, beautiful casino with friendly.

Overall, the Paris hotel has a great location on the strip, but the rooms were not what you would expect for an upscale hotel. They need upgrades knobs on doors were falling off rust within the shower door, core lighting, and just not a modern clean look.

It was the second time this year I stayed at the Paris Hotel in Vegas. I love everything about this place. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and clean, the beds unbelievably comfortable, and the staff very helpful and kind.

Great time!

​The only minor drawback was the check-in process. We arrived late on Wednesday evening and were greeted by a very long line, taking about 20 to 30 minutes to get to our room. Other than that initial delay, everything else was fantastic. Would stay again!

There are very few amenities. The carpet in the rooms was not clean. Sometimes the cleaning of the room was skipped. The staff was good. Late check-in is an amenity but additional time is provided at a cost of $40 and that only provided an additional 3 hrs. There is a cost associated with everything.
