we had a room with a balcony directly across from the Belligio fountain. Highly recommend it.

Check in kiosks not working so long slow line

The Paris Hotel was perfectly situated for the activities and experiences we planned to do in Las Vegas. We ate at several of their restaurants and really enjoyed the dining experiences. We especially enjoyed the Dominique Ansel bakery every morning. Also, don't miss the chance to have dinner at Cheri Rooftop, the view is amazing! We were surprised that you are only allowed two devices on WIFI per room. An additional $14.99 is charged per day if more than two devices are on your room's WIFI. We also had some confusion on how to get housecleaning to refresh our room. We were told by one staffer to put the Occupied sign on the outside of the door by 9 am. The room didn't get cleaned. We were told by another staffer that the Occupied sign needed to be off our door by 9 am. We still didn't get cleaned. Whatever the process is for room refreshment, it needs to be more easily communicated.

The check in process could have been a lot more efficient. The property is beautiful, but it seemed like they were trying to put too much in the space available. The windows in the guest rooms were very dirty and you couldn’t see out very well.

1) Upon arrival on 7/1/26, to the (first) room (king-sized bed, better view of the city, larger shower, quieter room) on the 28th floor, discovered: contractor had left a message in the shower that it was not to be used until 7/4/26; light bulbs were going out in the room; needed more towels...essentially, the room was not yet ready for guests for another 3 days; 2) after some conversations with the staff, and more than an hour of waiting, moved the Bells to 17th floor (twin beds, single shower, entry-way carpet need(s) cleaning, lights were essentially falling off the wall, room was considerably noisier (due to closer proximity to pool area...which, why should 200 people in a pool dictate the noise level in 750 rooms? For "god's sake" people, turn down the "music" at the pool!!!; 3) Overall, greatly disappointed in our experience at the Paris. Will definitely never recommend. Should we ever make it to Las Vegas again, we are committed to just paying the extra cost for the Bellagio! Respectfully, Rhonda and Charles Bell

The place was clean. The maid service was always done correctly and we would go back there again to stay.

My only complaint was the air conditioning. It felt like it was not working. But everything else was great. Super clean and friendly staff.
