I like the cleanness of the hotel throughout, and the yummy breakfast (the Lobster Benedict is the best). Staff are friendly and helpful for the most part. However, two incidents happened and the staff could have done better in handling the incidents. First, when I arrived at the Westin hotel, it was 3am. My son arrived much earlier. He accidentally turned on the auto lock so I couldn’t use the room card to open the door to his room. I asked the lady at the front desk, who instructed me to knock at door loudly. It was 3am and I didn’t want to wake up the other guests. So I knocked gentlely which didn’t wake up my son. I sat in the lobby for another two hours before my son finally woke up. What the front desk lady could have done is to call my son’s room phone, Second, I saw on the invoice a lunch charge that I don’t recognize, and called the hotel. The lady who picked up the phone said they’d investigate and get back to me. Two days passed. still no one got back to me.

Amazing view from the hotel room to the Sphere. That was a fantastic experience, we spent about an hour just watch that Las Vegas phenomenon from the hotel room. Room were large, clean, bed comfy. Breakfast was delicious, however... ... when we arrived to eat breakfast we were told only me and my wife entitled to eat, my daughter not (room was booked for two adults and a 10y old child). I have to complain to the shift leader to serve breakfast to my daughter as well. This was a very bad experience, and ruined our stay.

Great room with excellent view. I enjoyed the free amenities. We were given two vouchers for desserts. Once downstairs we wanted to redeem them, but waited about 25 minutes after ordering them and no one ever came out; the hostess saw us waiting, but didn't acknowledge us...so we went back upstairs as we were already tired after a long walk. Other than that... we enjoyed our stay.

The property smelled so amazing as soon as we walked in, which was a plus. It didn’t take long to check in but as soon as we made it to our floor, something was a little off as far as cleanliness. There was trash and debris throughout the entire floor and a huge pile right in front of our room door. Our room was clean but when showering, the tub filled up so the drainage wasn’t working properly. Fast forward to the next morning: we were awakened by extremely loud banging or some type of construction going on that gave us the worst headaches and at that point, we were unable to go back to sleep. When we let the front desk know about this at check-in, Jann says “oh yeah, we had construction on that floor. Who checked you guys in?” Ummm…it was YOU!! So the fact that you knew this and gave us a room RIGHT NEXT TO THE CONSTRUCTION was absolutely ridiculous. Of course because I paid through Expedia, he said all he could adjust was our resort fees. I honestly think he could’ve done way more than that but of course, just our luck. Not sure I’d stay here again because I expect WAY more out of a 4-star hotel.

Westin is a nice and clean hotel. Cheap, Close and walking distance to everything such as restaurants, train/tram, hotels with casinos and shopping areas.

Great place to stay.

That it didn’t have gambling. They were old and outdated. Still have popcorn ceilings in the rooms. The staff didn’t clean our room on day 2 & 3 before check out
