Cons: The lack of attention to detail in the room design and housekeeping was jarring and frequently inconvenient. Here are some of the most obvious examples. --Bathroom: There was only one towel hook in the whole bathroom area, and no towel bar either. There was no door between the bathroom and the bedroom, though there was a door (with questionable stains on it) to the offset toilet. The extra toilet paper is stored outside of the room with the toilet. The shower is spacious but had weak water spray and a too wide tub lip under the tub faucet (that had to be used every time to turn on the shower). --Bedroom: There is very little clearance between the dressers and the bed, which had sharp corners that we hit our shins on several times. There were no luggage racks in the room (which could fit 4-6 people). When we asked housekeeping, they were able to provide one luggage rack.

The room and kitchen was very clean. Property had many amenities. They just need to update fix minor things faucet in kitchen would leak when in use and dishwasher did not release dishwashing soap properly. Overall lovely stay and pool was great.

We ordered food but they will not deliver alcohol to the property door dash etc. It was a simple place nothing fancy but it met our needs and expectations for the trip.

Be aware that they will go in for the hard sell for you to purchase a timeshare. We got several calls and had to check in to 2 different desks for a pitch. Additionally the room was filthy and the kids pool was gross. The water features had calcium all over them, the pool itself was dirty ( old straws, hair, and trash) and the water was foggy. They charge 90 per day if you want the rook cleaned. If you want to speak with the front desk they make you text a number ( which obviously is being run by people outside of the US). Do not waste your money here

Great place to stay if going to a show at the Sphere!!! Rooms could use an update but otherwise clean. Really enjoyed our time here!

I liked that the staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived since we were at total loss when we got there. The room was very well equipped, cool and clean. We didn't do the breakfast since we were on a trip and wish to stay more but couldn't. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful suite, amazing amenities and the bed was comfortable. This is close to the sphere for amazing views, but it’s so super peaceful! Highly recommend.

I am definitely now ruined from ever staying in a regular hotel. Everything was top-notch.

Great option when traveling with a larger group. Convenient location near The Sphere, and Linq Promenade made getting to The Strip easy. Nice to have full kitchen and full size laundry in unit. Only negative was the “sell” at checking for their time share. You’re directed to the “vacation destination” desk after checking in…supposedly to “activate your keys”, but it’s a soft sell for attending a time share presentation.

It was overall nice wish there was a little more restaurant options, and there was parts of the room that definitely needed remodeled and fixed those things that were broken and not working and when we asked about it, we were promised to result, but didn’t get one outside of that it felt like we were staying in a suite and we enjoyed it very much

This is my second stay here and it's been great each time. Having and apartment style hotel in Vegas is a great plus. Also how close is to everything. Very clean, spacious and with everything necessary to have a great time.

Loved the activities, like BINGO at the activities center.

The staff were so helpful and extremely nice. The room was amazing. Fully stocked with everything you need. Helped to make a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The pool was the best part ❤️

It was a large 1 bedroom king bed with full kitchen living room and a laundry room off the patio. The bathroom had an extra large bathtub and shower. Oddly under tub liner it was squishy. Yuck. Also the bathroom faucet had a heavy calcium buildup. Most 4 star ⭐️ hotels I’ve been in didn’t have that.
