They accommodated me with a friend who was handy cap and they gave us a room that was convenient for us and more!!! The guy at the front desk who helped us check in was above and beyond customer service and very quick and efficient at his job!!!!

Only thing i didn't like was they try to upsell you on tons of things when you arrive. Just be prepared to say no. Also, their “Marketing Department” called us at 8-9am about 8 times before i finally told them to stop. Unsure why they wouldn't stop after the first 3 times i didn't pick up. That was strange and made the vibe feel cheap and desperate.

Most of the people there were chill

The staff was not helpful at check-in. We were not given any information about the property or even how the breakfast credit worked.

The pool we went to had very little shade. The pool was clean and there were plenty of lounge and regular chairs but very few umbrellas. Being it was July in Vegas it was very hot. We had a view of another pool from our unit and that too had very little shade. Overall, we loved the location to the Sphere, the units were tastefully done, the staff were friendly and we would stay here again.

It was a GREAT stay and staff were AWESOME. Would definitely come back and book.

Our biggest issues with this property were 1) NOISE—as we stayed over July 4th AND a weekend, a lot of guests were taking advantage of the nightlife. Having overhead neighbors arriving back at 3:30am was sleep disturbing. 2) ELEVATORS. We had a first floor unit so it wasn’t relevant (we were in town for a dance competition and had large baggage with us). We did not see the existence of any elevators and all units are accessed through outside stairs. For mobility challenged guests, or guest, arriving with large luggage, this would be worth a call to the property prior to arrival. 3) PARKING. This was a major sticky point for us… There are ample handicapped spots, but they all appear to be located in one area. Access to our particular unit was far from the non-handicapped parking area and we struggled to find parking when arriving late in the evening. Parking passes are needed, and it might be wise for the property to assign spaces to particular units. 4) HOUSEKEEPING. This property does not provide housekeeping during your stay, unless you are staying seven days or more, upon request

Pleasantly surprised for the price. Property is well maintained. Staff is very pleasant & communicative. Happy hour is great there was a DJ in the bar area. Walking distance to the Sphere if you are in town to see a show. I would stay again.

Kyle checked us in and was very friendly. We came in the back entrance somehow and had a hard time finding the front registration building. The worse part was no elevator and lots of stairs. It was rough lugging all our luggage up steps. I thought our bathtub was dirty but it was just worn. We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom room. It was nice. Half of the beautiful shower fixtures didn’t work though and the plug next to the bed wouldn’t hold my phone charger. I thought the $400 per night price was not a good value.

Beautiful resort, and amazing villas. great location my son loved seeing the sphere and couldn’t get enough of the pools. Close to the strip and Fremont street was less than 10 minutes away. Our family definitely needs the bigger space and holiday inn club vacations was the perfect place for that.

Very nice and close to the strip

The second check-in stop is their sales pitch for the time-share. I had to get firm to stop the pitch because I had no interest. They called later in our stay again to try and get us to attend their "preview" meeting. At this point I had a map of the resort, activated keys, and a room number. At 7pm, I still had not received a message that the room was ready so I had to call the resort. The bell persons were super nice and even drove us to our room a couple times while we were there as our building was the furthest back. The villa was perfectly sized for our needs with a full kitchen and full size washer/dryer. Pool was clean. Several things didn't work in the villa but didn't have major impacts to our stay. Several things could have been cleaner especially if this is what they are using to sell a time-share. Overall, if you can deal with the sales pitch, it was a fine place to stay with great space for us.

This is a time share. When you check in you are sent to a counter to have your keys "activated" this is where they try to get you to sign up for their extras. All you have to do it sit through one of their "customer experience" meetings. We told them multiple times we weren't interested. They finally accepted that and we had no further issues. Otherwise it was great for what we needed. Just a know before you go would have been nice.

Property is very well located , close to main attractions like Vegas boulevard , the sphere , since we got there late , Lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The property was very clean and well taken care of. They do try to get you to do a 90 minute timeshare presentation but were not pushy when I refused.

    Really nice place

The property shows some signs of wear due to its age, but it's still in very good condition. The over-the-top treatment of customers by ALL staff members makes up for any slight age issues!

We absolutely loved our stay there. They have so much to offer. The rooms are great with the amenities in it like the washer and dryer and the kitchen. We enjoyed that there was a little grocery store that's open until 10:00. Overall, every time we've stayed here, we've had a good experience

    Everything was absolutely wonderful.
