The Platinum Hotel

Loved it here, very close to everything we did, easy to Uber and parking was free. Highly recommended.

This place is very nice and clean. The staff is beyond helpful and the restaurant is good. Rooms are very clean and spacious. It's close enough to the Strip to walk but far enough to be quiet. Highly recommended.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming. From our initial afternoon check-in with Kylie, to our morning check-out with Alexandria, the staff was very attentive to our needs and requests. They really made us feel welcome. Bartender Andrew was very social and attentive in serving us our evening dinner as well as cocktails in the lounge. We found the Hotel to be peaceful and inviting. One block off ‘The Strip’ the atmosphere is very relaxing. The Director of Rooms, Fernando, met us on our departure. He was genuinely interested in our assessment of the facility and his staff. We stayed for a 4 day girls trip. Ray the bellman and Mel the waitress at Kil@wat were fabulous! So helpful and made our stay even better! The front desk staff always greeted you with a smile and hello. Wonderful place to stay!

Very good place to stay

It was very close to the sphere where we were going to the eagles concert! Walking distance. Also great restaurant right across the street for prime rib!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel I loved the balcony only thing I had issues with was when I first checked into the room it smelled like pee I’m not sure if it was the cleaning products they used but the whole room smelled like pee and the bathtub wasn’t all the way cleaned and the bathroom sinks were clogged up when the water was running it would raise all the way up so maybe they have pipping issues but I still liked the hotel.

Great view f 16th floor. Short walk to Sphere. Great view of Sphere too. Huge room for the price!

rooms large. pool was all concrete and no spa (although advertised).

The location close enough to the strip I got an upgrade that I didn't ask for, when I originally booked this room 12 months earlier I got a lovely mountain view, but when they upgraded me to a so called better room all I saw was a brick wall in front of my balcony, no views of anything.

I liked how quiet it was here... about 1 to 1.5 blocks off the strip, but central to everything. It was walkable to The Sphere, TopGolf, and the strip. It was central, even with Caesar's Palace. The staff was friendly, and we got to choose a free bottle of wine at check-in. The place was very large - a huge kitchen with breakfast bar, living room, very large bathroom with both tub and shower, very large bedroom, and balcony. The WiFi didn't work and we couldn't connect. We were given the username and password, but kept getting an error. The person at the front desk wasn't able to help, so we called the number in the error message (for Cox?) and they weren't helpful either, so we just had to set up a hot spot to get to the internet.

Our stay was amazing. Hotel was super clean and staff was very welcoming and friendly. I loved the doggie play area. My service animal was in heaven with his own little private place. Ray who was awesome. He opened the door when I arrived and went above and beyond to make sure my truck and my kayaks were in a secure place in the parking area. He always had a smile and put one on our face as well. He is a star employee. Location was perfect.
