All the staffs are friendly and full of hospitality. The location is not so much safe. Strangers are sometimes around the hotel and spoke to me.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and offer assistance. They obviously enjoy their job. Staff at other casinos seem to just want to get through their shift, but I really feel these folks enjoy their job which means they’re treated well by their employers. And that means a lot. And to top it off, the food is off the hook. The prime rib was amazing. And every meal after that was delicious. And the servers were friendly and on the ball. I will return.

Haven't stayed at Ellis Island since it was Days Inn. Great Hotel, awesome modeling. The only thing I dont like is the new karaoke area. Why would you change so that was so iconic. 20+ years singing there!!! No more!

We did partake of food, beverage, and fun at the casino side. The people working at the customer service are really impressive and great representatives of the brand. The food at the Front Porch was disappointing, except the wings. The beer was very tasty! The ribs in the Tavern (?) were so very tasty!!! The house root beer was exceptional. All of the servers we interacted with were very good at what they do. We broke even with the gambling and sports betting, so all is well. Perfect location to walk to Sphere.
