Great stay everything was well

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cocktail server (Lisa) on the graveyard shift was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful time. I will be returning.

Overall was a great hotel. Not too far from the strip and close to the sphere. Shower head needed replacement or regular maintenance and biggest downfall was no microwave. Very clean and great AC for Vegas weather.

We asked to speak with a manager (Zaria), we left our information ant the front desk and via voicemail… and never received a callback. Then, at 2:30 AM, our room phone rang. A man immediately started yelling at us to remove our Do Not Disturb sign so maintenance could fix our toilet. Our toilet wasn’t broken and we never requested maintenance. We told him he had the wrong room and asked who he was. He hung up. The next morning, manager Kayla completely dismissed our concerns. She said it’s “normal” for the hotel to close the pool for private events and that guests should expect it during future stays. She also brushed off the 2:30 AM phone call by saying they “probably had the wrong room” and that mix-ups happen all the time. Waking paying guests in the middle of the night, yelling at them, closing amenities without warning, and then acting like none of it is a big deal is unacceptable. If you’re booking this hotel for the pool, especially during the summer or a holiday weekend, don’t assume it will actually be available.

Fairly clean, food was good, the main Italian restaurant was excellent!

If you’re staying in Las Vegas, I highly recommend this hotel. It offers an exceptional experience in every way—from its beautiful rooms and outstanding service to its excellent amenities and convenient location. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This place was really nice. Check in went really smoothly and gentleman at front dest was very nice. Room was nice and large. Pool was very nice..

The rooms are huge! Loved the option of a bathtub or shower. A mini fridge and little kitchen-like area felt homey. Location is close enough to walk to The Strip. Hospitable staff, shoutout to Enrique and Sonny for the recommendations! Pool and gym were great amenities

Room size was great but better lighting is definitely necessary. Shower was horrible and needs to be fixed, water came out very aggressively and sprayed everywhere. Location of room was great. Outdoor pools and grounds were very nice!

Pleasant surprise here! Never stayed before, but will again. Clean, friendly, loved having a suite vs. standard room to share with two friends. Great amenities. It was all we needed for our Vegas stay.
