Disappointing

The cleaning deposit fee is ridiculous. To realize how competitive the Vegas area is, however, room cleaning should be part of the overall room price. The towels in the room were thread barron and stained. In my past reviews of this property I have been very pleased. However, it doesn't look like they have tried to add anything since remodeling the property a year ago.

I had a great 3 night stay at the G Hotel. The room was a good size, bed and pillows very comfortable and I was really impressed at the quality of the complimentary shampoo and conditioner. The coffee, which was available in the office, was very welcome in the mornings too and tasted good quality. The standout part of my stay however, were the staff - they were fantastic. In particular Adriana, who assisted in the rescue of a trapped pigeon and collard dove in a billboard outside of my room. She went over and above at past midnight to help find a rehab nearby and was always smiley and pleasant to talk to. The other staff who I had brief conversations with during my stay, were also very friendly. I will absolutely be staying here again next time I am in town. The building is run down. It was decent and clean, but it really needs more furnishings and better quality side tables and closer space. The bathroom needs a shelf or something for counter space. The AC unit worked, but it was old and missing the buttons. Its like they tried to remodel it and ran out of money 80% to the end.

Great location, not too far from the strip and didn't run into much traffic. Room was very nice and spacious and the staff was great! Parking was also very convenient. Would stay here again and recommend!

Good place for quick stay

The staff was really friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, it was nice to get out of the heat. I liked everything.

The staff was extremely friendly They can use some more cleaning. Add new sheets and blankets.
