Best Western Plus Henderson Hotel

I booked a room in Henderson. I thought there was only one. But there’s two north and south on boulder way. We went to the north where we thought we booked nice place. But was told we have our reservations on bolder highway if I knew that would not of booked. It said it was remolded maybe it was 40 years ago. Rooms were old carpet have not been washed in years. Homeless everywhere. We did not stay in the room we got a hotel elsewhere that was clean.

The room was clean, staff were friendly and maintaining the grounds, breakfast was good, and the parking areas were close and well lit

Pool was closed, under going maintnance. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

They were very nice and very helpful

Room was quiet and clean.

At night it was very dark there were only about five cars in the parking lot the elevator didn't work the refrigerator was very cold the room was very dusty and dark the microwave was very tiny when I told someone that lived in the area where I was staying they told me I needed to leave because it is not safe there.

This was the nicest Best Western we've ever stayed at. Our room was big and well appointed. Thanks!!

The room was clean and spacious. The only issue was the elevator had broke about an hour before we checked in.

All was good but for the elevator being out of service over the weekend. They were kind enough to compensate for the inconvenience.

The room was clean, the staff were helpful and efficient and very friendly. It was not great that the elevator wasn’t working.

Liked everything about my stay. The room, microwave mini-fridge coffee maker in the room, breakfast, the staff, space for all five of us (2 adults & 3 kiddos under 10). Thank you for making it an easy trip!

Lovely stay. Will be staying here next time we come to Nevada .

Had a problem with the hi-tech window shades that couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Nice try by the staff but no success. O

The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool wasn't large but, was very clean and didn't smell like chlorine. Towels were available.

GREAT place to hang your hat while traveling.

This hotel is off the beaten path, but let that fool you! The rooms were decent and the stall was excellent! The breakfast was on point!

Everything was amazing, the bed was a wee bit hard. Everything else was fantastic!

I really appreciate the fitness room and I like having my room near it.
