It's a newer hotel in a somewhat industrial area but up & coming near downtown Henderson.The location turned out to be excellent as we were heading home to Mesa,Az. & easy access to the 11 & the 93.The room was large & comfortable,bathroom & shower = excellent! The facility is very clean,lobby very spacious & the breakfast: well the best ever! They are pet welcoming with a nice dog area,very nice pool too! It was nice to stay in a quiet area away from the bright lights etc.The value we received for the price we paid was pretty fantastic!

There were a lot of noises outside of the building. We arrived around 10:30 pm and after a while a loud sound of a motor started and last all night long. At 5 am all the noise from the building vehicles working close of the property were very loud. Not a good stayed.

Very ordinary room with very used looking furniture (missing chair, no luggage rack to set suitcase on).

Check in was extremely fast and easy. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bedding was fresh, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were great. The AC worked very well, I loved the fridge and microwave, and the area was very safe. Parking was limited in the immediate front of the building. However, there is parking in the back near the pool and a back door to easily enter and exit the building. That was very helpful, especially since my room was near the back of the building. I plan to return in the future.

The staff members were friendly and helpful, particularly Alex in facilities and maintenance, and the young woman at the front desk the evening we checked in who got bandage and alcohol wipes for my husband. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was nice. The only minor annoyance was that for several nights, the winds randomly whacked tree branches against the window. Time for pruning!

Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.

I had a good experience, but the parking lot was always filled with uhuals, trailers and bigger trucks that took up 4 plus parking spaces and it was hard to find parking
