Comfort Inn & Suites Henderson - Las Vegas

Clean, nice breakfast and lobby, reasonable price.

The "buffet" was hardly that. The pillows had zero cushion or girth. The beds were between firm and too squishy. The pool fountain and jacuzzi were intermittently working. Had to request cleaning, more towels, cleaning. There was chipped paint, stains on fixtures and ceiling, no fan in the bathroom so moist and hot. The shampoo, etc. and hairdryer affixed to the wall so you can't take the hairdryer out of the bathroom to dry your hair. A very small trashcan in the room, very few outlets to charge and no USB. On the plus side, some staff were friendly and helpful, quiet area, air conditioned room, free parking and Wi-Fi. Would not stay at comfort again however.

Needs to be updated

The beds are hard and very uncomfortable. The laundry room was closed. The water feature at the pool did not work or wasn't turned on. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. So it was a decent experience overall.

Pretty much everything! Check in was great, all staff very courteous no complaints I will recommend to family and friends as well choose your location again

Excellent customer service nice clean exterior property.. free breakfast buffet daily around 5 or 6 they serve refreshments and have a live pianist play in the dining area the rooms are clean the linens and towels clean the parking is free this property is near eating establishments a Walmart dollar tree etc.. we booked this place for a staycation it was worth every penny. Definitely coming back in the future

Not bad stay, window shades didnt make the room completely dark during the day

Staff was pleasant and welcoming; room was clean but the AC was extremely loud and the pillows very uncomfortable with hard lumps. Location was good as we were in for a family member receiving care at nearby Henderson Hospital. Sunset Station mall was also nearby.

Great property for travelers with children. Breakfast was very good as well. Well-maintained and felt safe.

This was the 4th time I’ve stayed here and always will when I come to the Vegas area. Clean rooms with amenities and breakfast! I The front staff is always so accommodating. I decided to stay an extra day, but was told I would have to change to a nearby room, which was absolutely fine with me. When I went to the front desk to change rooms, the manager told me that she was able to switch things around so I could stay in the same room. Dedication to their visitors!

Great property close to dining and casino.

Loved the pool and spa! The room was comfortable and the location was convenient. They had a good assortment of breakfast choices. On the downside, the dining room chairs need to be replaced or reupholstered because the seat covers are cracking with age. Aside from that, the hotel gets high marks.

Good night sleep. Friendly efficient checking. Close proximity to the airport and restaurants.

The breakfast had many choices and the staff running breakfast were very attentive and kind. The location was great, if you are looking to get away from the Strip. The beds and pillows weren't the best so sleeping wasn't the greatest. The pool looked nice but we didn't have time to enjoy it.

Only pool Too much to mention : - very poor breakfast . - fire alarm went off twice per night . Sound was so loud that your eardrums almost explode. No fire was located . No sleep as a result, shock , frustration instead . - Charging unknown transactions to your card without any explanation. Will have to raise dispute to resolve this. - very outdated room . - air conditioner was so outdated and loud that you can’t even get to sleep . I don’t think I have ever seen such big and old air conditioner

Room was very clean. Breakfast staff very good at their jobs.

Services people came into the room without us checking out first. A liitle surprise for us. Music on the next building was a liiltle loud for us.
