Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas/Henderson

Somehow the mirror and shelf in the bathroom were crooked, even to each other. On the plus side the room was quiet.

This is NOT your typical Hilton stay. They should actually be embarrassed to call this a Hilton. We went in July, it was 105 degrees and the hotel chose to disable the air conditioners both in our room and in the common areas. We called 6 times for them to send maintenance and they never did. The property is very run down and almost like a ghost town. Upon reading reviews I realized the hotel has done this for years and the staff is unhelpful. Disappointing!!!

The staff were beyond amazing !! Since the moment we walked in until the moment we left . I have to say though, we were expecting a continental breakfast but it was more restaurant style. Don’t get me wrong food was delicious !! But the menu was the same everyday and same “breakfast burrito” as the special. We didn’t even get refills on our drinks without being told me had to pay for it. Definitely not the highlight of our trip. The rooms were cleaned and housekeeping always was willing to give us towels without question . I didn’t like the super squeaky bed. You couldn’t get out of bed, without making it sound like a bomb went off ! The tv sucked channels were no good. . We literally watched the same thing all 3 days we were there. I don’t know if I would choose this place to stay again. . Definitely wished the menu changed , the tv channels were better and the beds didn’t make so much noise . Overall though, if you need a nice place to stay. This place can still keep things going smoothly

Beautifully maintained property with very clean outdoor pool and spa open until 10 PM and stocked with towels at the pool. Large and well-appointed bar and breakfast area and even had dinner. Everything is clean and modern, and staff is kind and helpful. Great value.

I enjoyed the pool and was pleasantly surprised when a staff member came outside to ask if I wanted a drink and to let me know that the restaurant would be opening in 30 minutes.

It was great except the room smelled a little like, like an old carpet smell.

The room was clean and well laid out. Staff was helpful! The breakfast I had was one of the best omelets I've ever had. I would go back. The location was ideal as there were stores and restaurants within walking walking distance.

Great AC, comfortable beds and nice amenities. Overall a great place to spend a weekend in Henderson/Las Vegas.

The whole hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was also close to everything.

The booking said I could reserve with no obligation. Ended up booking a different room and they charged me for the night plus taxes even though I called and let them know. Did not work with me at all did not call me back. I think the whole book with no obligation is a scam beware
