    Julia was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. She took the time to listen as I explained what had happened and genuinely seemed to understand how stressful the situation was. Her empathy immediately made me feel at ease. Evan also checked in throughout my stay to make sure everything was going well, which I truly appreciated. One evening, there was a beautiful platter of warm chocolate chip cookies at the front desk. I jokingly thanked Evan for "freshly baking them just for us," and he laughed replied, "You're welcome!" It was a fun, lighthearted interaction that made everyone in the lobby smile. Because of the kindness and outstanding customer service I received from Julia, Evan, and the rest of the staff, what started as a stressful trip turned into a wonderful experience. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and valued. I would gladly stay there again because of the two, many of the other pieces else need work. Unfortunately, there were several things about my stay that I did not enjoy. The biggest concern was the cleanliness of the room. The table where we ate, the area around the lamp, and the top of the dresser all appeared to still have dust on them and crumbles around the larger desk area. The floor also didn't seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. When housekeeping serviced our room, I noticed what appeared to be red stains on one of the pillows and sheets still. Like they were not changed. I couldn't tell exactly what it was, but seeing stains on the bedding was unsettling. In addition, the body wash dispenser in the bathroom was nearly empty, and we almost ran out after our first night. The trash cans were also very small, making it difficult to dispose of food containers and other trash during our stay. The refrigerator didn't stay very cold, so keeping drinks and snacks chilled was a challenge. My biggest disappointment was the pool. When my 12-year-old daughter and I went swimming, we noticed a large amount of white, foamy substance floating in the water. I have no way of knowing what it actually was, but my first impression was that it looked like it could have been semen. Whether it was or not, it appeared very unsanitary. It was approximately the size of a hand and a half and was floating in the pool. It grossed us out enough that we got out of the pool almost immediately because I wasn't comfortable allowing my daughter to remain in the water. We had been looking forward to using the pool, but unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it because it did not appear to be clean. Overall, while the customer service from the staff was exceptional, I believe the cleanliness of the rooms and pool area needs significant improvement to match the quality of service provided by the employees.

    Upon check -in, super easy and efficient but what made it above and beyond was that the hotel staff fulfilled my request for a conjoined room. I have a family of 6 so having the peace of mind that my children was just a conjoined door away eased my anxiety. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. My kids loved making their own waffles and then to add the whip cream and sprinkles, they were in sugar heaven.

    Staying at this Hampton Inn was the best experience I’ve had staying in a hotel. All around everything was great about this place especially the staff! The front desk, ladies were all amazing and so helpful during our stay.

    The best part of our stay at the Hampton was the comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was exceptional which my wife's and I stay great. Would definitely stay here again when in Henderson.

    The food and service was great. The workout room was everything you need. The rooms are clean the atmosphere and workers. Everyone had a great attitude good vibes there. A Jacuzzi in the room would’ve been nice?

    Courtesy of staff, bed was comfortable, pool and hot tub We had 3 dead cockroaches in our room, notified staff and offered to change our room, however since the cockroaches were dead and never saw any more we kept our room . The bathtub water would not completely shut off.

    Clean room, breakfast was adequate hot and typical buffet. Hot tub was great and we had first floor with exit directly to the parking lot. That was excellent.
